The hotel is like a heritage property and the rooms are neat and clean. The reception counter is very friendly. The furniture is wooden with nice carvings. The garden is also well maintained. The property is situated little out side city centre

Located in Lal Garh palace complex, the royal residence of the Bikaner royal family. Though built in the last decade but in a royal haveli style with comfortable rooms. Super deluxe room is where we stayed equipped with a double bed, attached bath and chairs inside the room. Breakfast was included but arranged at Suvarna mahal restaurant in the adjacent Hotel Sagar an another property of the owner. They call it pure veg but eggs were also served in the buffet. Good stay overall with Junagarh and shopping market near Kote gate at an approachable distance.

It looks grand from outside and inside. The rooms are equally good. The staff was cooperative and willing to run the extra mile to keep the guests comfortable. The room was big with all facilities. However, the dining place/restaurant was located in another group hotel, which is about 150-200 meters away and that was really very inconvenient. There was literally a cold wave, and at the end of the day, when we were dead tired, going to another place for dinner was really challenging physically. Otherwise, the property was good.
