I am frequent traveler at Bhopal and this hotel is like my home at Bhopal. I always prefer to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located and serves wonderful food both non veg and veg. The staff are extremely courteous and professional always happy to help you with smiling face. Not mention the F&B ***ager, Mr Bappa Chatttoraj whobis also from West Bengal wll make your stay more comfortable. He will be always happy to listen and understands what is the exact requirement of food of a particular guest and will guide his team to serve you exactly what you are looking for! This is a blessing for travellers like me who has to travel frequently for business. Also to mention, He***t a very nice and polite staff who is always happy to help with a smiling face!…..Hotel 18 keys is very much recommended place to stay at Bhopal and I give 5 star rating to this hotel…Thanks

Lovely hotel for couples and business trips. Staffs are very friendly vand helpful. Room was very modern, all amenities.Hotel premises are very nice.Good quality of complementary breakfast. Good staff and waiters. Over all a nice hotel. One complaint is price is little high. Stayed from 17th Jan to 21st Jan 2023.

Excellent service and behaviour of the staffs are very good...food was excellent... I'm using this hotel for my official trip most of the time.... Rooms are much spacious with toilets are well near and clean... They have facilities for free break.

Receptionist are very best worker Raj and bappa. Rooms are very clean. That's services are very well. As is the budget, so is the service. It's nice to stay in a hotel Nature are very cool There place are nice Reviews very best I think 4.8/5 rating Reception

Hotel 18 keys is one of the Best hostel in terms of ,great Ambience...Very clean ,good food quality and we'll behaved decent staff available at competitive price...resturant having veg and non veg option but you can enjoy jain food here

Great staff..well ***nered. Helpful and AWESOMEEEE FOOODDD. Chef deserves a Raise..👍. Lax*** ji handled everything very well and was in constant touch and very cooperative. Hotel ambience was beautiful . However rates are little higher (tea costs 100 bucks so 🤣👌🏻) overall great stay 😍.
