I'm writing this review as a warning to others after our family's extremely disappointing experience with Kiran, a safari organizer from YC Jungle Room Stay. While the safari itself was enjoyable, Kiran's dishonest and money-minded behavior left a sour taste. We booked a safari with Kiran for our family of 9, and unfortunately, we made an error while paying him, transferring ₹2500 extra by mistake. You'd expect a decent human being to return the excess amount. However, Kiran has refused to return our money, displaying a shocking lack of integrity. This incident has exposed Kiran's true nature - he's more interested in lining his pockets than providing genuine service to his customers. His reluctance to return our excess payment is essentially theft, and we cannot in good conscience recommend him to anyone.

Property location is as good as it gets, food is decent, rooms are well maintained. Only ask is to make facility for ev charging - simple 3 pin point to charge ev cars.

Zero co operation by manager he miss guided us about safari we missed our safari as he for few rupees miss guided us about gates distance of safari so he himself can arrange the safari food is zero quality it is eating in jail so recommended not stay over this property I recommend to cross nanachigate for stay so you can reach both safari gates easily nanachi as well as dammanakote gate and you will get nice food on kerela border

The property is pretty with a lot of greenery around and very close to one of the zones of nagarhole. The staff was helpful in booking a safari at short notice. A point of improvement could be the taste of the food. Rest, the stay was comfortable

The location is good, but the food was very ordinary. our room had 2 single cots and separate blankets, would have liked double bed blankets. Safari was cancelled which was disappointing for our son. too expensive for what the resort has to offer.
