small and cosy room, the self check in was a good initiative, able to check in myself without the long counter queue. good stay for a nice sleep , it’s beside a drugstore and train station

The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and nearby grocery stores. Anyway, there was something wrong with the air conditioning when I stayed there and it was already warm in Berlin, and the receptionist told they couldn't fix it till I left. However, I will choose this hotel again next time and will consider other countries as well; we simply need to ensure that the AC and heating are operational during your stay.

Location was perfect

The hotel location was very convenient! Just less than one minute from the Metro station. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I Really enjoyed the Breakfast! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

Eine super Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip! Die Unterkunft ist gut angebunden, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem, und das Frühstück einfach, aber lecker. Besonders das freundliche Personal hat den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

교통편은 좋습니다. 다만 앞에 있는 도로의 차들 소리가 너무 커서 잠을 잘 못 잤네요. 방음이 안됩니다.

Lage gut. Viele Geschäfte nebenan. Mit der U-Bahn kann man das Zentrum erreichen. U-Bahn gleich vor der Tür. Leistung / Preis Verhältnis ist ok.

酒店位置雖然不在市中心，但是交通太便利了，出門就是地鐵站，真的就是出門10米就是，在柏林打車不太方便，全靠坐地鐵了，很好。房間中規中矩吧，還行，餐廳特別大，食物也很豐富。

這家連鎖酒店住過其他地方印象不錯，這次來柏林再次選擇，位置不錯就在地鐵站出口，但遇到不是很靈光的前台，手機已經出示入住訊息，説找不到訂房資料，搞了半天是她自己的問題，更不幸的是她安排了一間空調有問題的房間，第二天我們要求換房，説要等下午三點才有房，然後重新辦理入住，雖然房間還是和其他城市住過的一樣乾淨舒適，但這次的入住體驗不如之前。

Duschkopf ist defekt. Die Klimaanlage ist defekt. Die Reinigung kommt einfach ohne klopfen rein.
