We stayed with two children overnight after day at Dreamworld. The kids loved the pool, tennis court and being less crowded and noisy than central area of Gold Coast. I was grateful to all the staff who were accommodating to all our needs like last minute extra bed, pool use after check out. The in room dining was prompt and tasty after a big day. Buffet breakfast was great selection and fresh.

This is a great hotel. My business for the day was 40 minutes away but worth the drive. The hotel is always clean, friendly, has great facilities and a view from every room. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for a game of golf this time but did get to go to the Italian Restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't disappointed - well worth a try.

Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp). We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing! Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath. We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

Exceeded my expectations. A fantastic resort that was walking distance to Heritage Stadium, where we went to see an AFL game. We had a King Spa room, it was spectacular. The Japanese restaurant at the resort was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and the staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming. What a wonderful experience and weekend away!! I could not more highly recommend a stay at this resort. A perfect weekend away!

Great resort with playground, water park and restaurants.

It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel has everything you need for family with kids.

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast and lots for children to do. Room was nice and clean. The only issue was the old cigarette type smell in the corridors to the room we had. Other than this it was a great place to stay. We had amazing views across the grounds to the city.

The hotel is a bit far away from the surfers paradise that means you have to travel everyday to the beach and busy life; however if you have your own car this is the best location; every attraction is at a less distance. The hotel has plenty of food option and wonderful restaurants. The breakfast was awesome. Swimming pool and gaming room for kids was a plus. Overall it was 5 star facility; clean and modern

Great for kids and families. Really nice rooms. Arikawa Japanese restaurant is awesome, but unfortunately must be booked well in advance.

Everywhere was very busy at Royal pines resort because I booked this spa suite room for christmas day. but when we checked in air conditioning wasn’t working at all. I took a hour to come to someone comes in and takes so long to fix.

Be mindful that some of the rooms have a shower over the bathtub and some of the rooms has shower only.

The resort is way better than I expected. Truly value for money. Beautiful room with balcony - placed the washed clothes in the balcony and they dried up quickly under the hot bright sun! Beautiful golf course view. Very new, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. All good!

Expect to have slippers and toothbrush in the room, need to request one by one though. Mattress is very soft, not my personal preference.
