A very beautiful hotel, a big and comfortable villa. The staff are super friendly and professional. I enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes there. The beach is beautiful but gets very crowded with tourists and boats from around 9am till 4 pm. While swimming at that time you can smell petrol. Be careful of jellyfish there, I had a pretty bad sting early morning. The food at Earth cafe was amazing. Even though we didnt like it at the beachfront restaurant and the cocktails there were really bad. Overall, my mom and I really liked the place and would definitely come back.

very nice view and service also good but I book Spa and they miss booking！ Will go again next year

The location was incredible. So much space to walk around within the hotel area, with all this wonderful nature surrounding you. The room is nice and clean, bed was comfy and they have many choices for channels (even showing football channels). Shower was nice and they have hot water. Pool was also well maintained. You’ll sleep peacefully at night there for sure. Beach is walking distance. The rooms are definitely very well maintained. 5 star prices but definitely worth it.

This hotel is superb. From our arrival to our checkout day, everything is superb. The hotel provides speedboat service from Chalong Pier to Racha. Our Room is super clean and they did the Birthday decorations that I requested. Definitely will stay here again in our next Phuket trip.

The beaches and snorkelling are amazing. Water is crystal clear. Hotel staff is nice, accommodation is luxury.

This was my fourth trip to the Phuket area and I could not have been happier with my decision to stay at The Racha. The island, and the resort were beautiful, and the staff was extremely accommodating, reactive and pleasant. While the resort was lovely, the highlight of my stay was the diving. I conducted nine dives with The Racha’s dive center and my wife did four; we did the day diving trip to Racha Noi and that was fantastic. The instructors/dive masters were extremely professional, patient, and pleasant. I had one of the top (if not the top) overall diving experiences of my life. Will definitely look to return in the future.

The ride over was easy for those with boat experience. The beach was beautiful and it was a great experience overall. I wasn’t crazy about having to check out at 10:30, and I generally feel like the hotel is more about taking pictures than building experiences.

Imagine fluffy white beach, imagine sand like powder, imagine no more, with Racha between your feet and dashed between your toes….. a lovely isolated hotel in the middle of nowhere, with nothing else but it’s two restaurants and bar…. Idyllic if you just wanna get away, away from it all, get lost in a starry starry night and slumber where dreams float on memories lost…. Stayed in a spa pool Villa…. Water was rather cool in the Villa however rooms were fabulously spacious and luxurious…. Was rather impressed with the whole digital APP on check In experience, however I think they have a lot to do to bridge the offline and online experience…. The APP looks fabulous, but the customer experience ends there…. Having said that, a lovely location with nice staff…. You are on an island after all, with no competition, so what do you expect….Enjoyed an early morning run through the island and then a dip in the sea….. Yoga with Julie was wonderful….nice bar and attentive bar staff…. Including the odd roaming lizard
