Nice big room, with a balcony, all they need is some upgrade in the amenities and they will be the rockstars of pattaya for sure.
Lift is spoilt and need to wait one hour later. Rooms is big with bathtub. There is balcony. Aircon super noisy. Quite disappointed with this hotel. TV also not clear. Nearby has other hotel. 12 mins walk to walking street. Will never come again.

In my 10 days vacation in Thailand I had the unfortunate event of staying at this hotel, huge hotel with no staff, we were given the room without it being cleaned.. The toilet was dirty as a road side latrine the room ceilings had termites hanging. The balcony door did not shut leaving the room warm at all times. On complaining to them they changed the room for us but to our disappointment that was worse. There is no reception call number for that they asked us to make what's app call n Msgs but their pathetic wifi connection never got my calls through so for every reason I had to go down to the reception to complain.. But wait the lift was not working so I had to climb up n down 4 floors each time. The toilet flush was not working properly had to flush like 5-6 times to make it work The bath tub was broken when we shower the water would collect in the tub and would not drain out in spite of removing the stop cock. Once that was fixed. The ac stopped working in the middle of the night at 3.40am. We were there for 2 nights but it was the worst hotel stay ever of all the countries I have visited. They refused to give us extra pillow on request. How lame is that. The breakfast was the worst ever in all my Thailand tour. They asked us very rudely to go have Indian breakfast in a very insulting tone and there were just two items poha and potatoes.... They call themselves 4 star hotel? What kind of a hotel serves just two items for breakfast. We stayed at different hotels in phuket Krabi n Bangkok these hotels had 30+ items in the breakfast spread. I Really wanted an entire refund on my stay but had no energy to speak and argue to their non English speaking staff. We come to a hotel to stay relax have fun and not to complain fight n change rooms. Unfortunately reviews system does not have negative star ratings options hence I gave 1 star, or else I would have rated them minus 100. Two days in pattaya miracle suit was a complete waste. Plz change your hotel name to HOUSE OF HORROR I will Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointing and bitter experience.
