Hotel Teremar

Hotel was very clean both in rooms and public area's, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, however the dining room, although very clean was let down by the sub standard food and lack of choice,ate out on several occasions. Really don't think I would make a return visit.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in May/June. The room itself was of a very good standard for the rating. The bathroom was excellent as it was nicely tiled with a good hot shower. Unfortunately, there are two things that let the hotel down. Firstly, there are only a few sunlounger available that are in he morning sun. I would have expected more as they could be accommodated if the pool layout was changed around. These sunlounger don not have any parasols so not much use if you want to relax in the shade. Your only other option is to sit in a plastic chair so it's not really relaxing. Secondly, the walls between the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear everything. We found that out when the other guests came back at 4am and I could have joined in their conversation! It was so bad, I couldn't get yo sleep dud to their snoring! You wouldn't want to stay here with children if you had 'noisey' neighbours...... On reflection, the hotel is value for money if you're on a budget. It was clean, tidy and friendly but if returning to Benidorm, I'd look at what alternatives were available.

This hotel is very good for the money, its a budget hotel and the rooms reflected just that. We had only one bedside cabinet and no table with our two chairs on balcony. Having said that the hotel is pleasant with a lovely pool and pool bar/coffee shop and a lovely lady worked there her name is rosemary she was fun. A problem we noticed was local people coming in and useing the pool and seating that is meant for the paying guests and not staying at hotel 🙄. But we had a good time.

Stayed here for five days in July. Lovely small hotel situated next to the old town. Hotel was very Spanish while I was there as I think we was the only English there but the rest of the old town was pretty much the same and no issue. New town was where all the English things were. Room was great, had everything you needed. Air con was great. Nice big balcony. Comfy beds and great modern bathroom with big shower. Rooms cleaned daily by the maids who were very good and friendly as were all the staff from reception to waiting staff. Only downside is how the pool is the sun goes behind the building after say 3pm but we just went down the road to the beach (5 minute walk) then if you you want to catch more sun. No sun loungers too just chairs really around the pool too. Local shop over road open till 2am. If you want to stay in the old town I’d recommend this hotel. Also very clean with all covid stuff if that’s a worry.

Bastante decepcionante.Esperabamos otra cosa.La comida es verdad que muy rica,pero aunque ya habiamos visto que habia poca variedad era hasta repetitiva,ya que en una semana hubo pollo de 4 formas diferentes...y es cierto que es un hotel economico,pero de ahi a esto... Nos toco una de las habitaciones sin reformar,baño y aire acondicionado antiguos,pero bueno se podria pasar por alto. Ofertan secador en las habitaciones,en la nuestra no desde luehgo,tenias que pedirlo en recepcion y cruzar los dedos para que ese dia hubiera uno disponible. Y luego esta el tema WIFI,llegaba poco y mal,pero peor aun,ni con nuestros propios datos conseguiamos mucha veces que nos cargaran las cosas en el movil,es decir ,hay bastante problema de cobertura en general,esto lo advertimos en recepcion. No todo va a ser malo,tienen servicio de prestamo de sombrillas para la playa,lo cual esta muy bien,y aunque no hay muchas la verdad que te hacen el apaño. En general ha sido un poco lamentable y eso que ibamos pensando todo lo contrario

Hotel pésimo ,lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación,merece la pena pagar algo más y elegir otro hotel.Habitaciones sucias y viejas.Hotel para pasar de paso si no quieres arruinar las vacaciones y por supuesto no aconsejar a nadie

Estupenda relación calidad-precio. Hotel cerca de la playa de Poniente, se llega caminando en pocos minutos. Tienen habitaciones reformadas muy bonitas y otras sin reforma, estas últimas muy anticuadas, pero con cama cómoda, limpias y con aire acondicionado. Baños antiguos. La limpieza buena y muy eficiente, todas las mañanas al volver de la playa la habitación estaba arreglada. Comedor algo pequeño para la afluencia del hotel. Comida buena, sin mucha variedad pero tienes dónde elegir. El café del desayuno bueno. Piscina pequeña, algo sucia por las tardes, pero con buena temperatura. Precios del bar muy bien. Se ajusta muy bien al precio que se paga. Recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa.

Pasamos una semana increíble, no nos faltó de nada. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda y baño perfecto. La habitación que nos tocó estaba reformada, tenía terraza que daba al exterior con 2 sillas. El buffet nos encantó, es pequeño, con la comida justa, pero estaba buenísimo todo, casero. La zona de la piscina en la fecha que fuimos muy tranquila, se estaba muy a gusto, perfecto para relaj**** tomándose algo. La ubicación muy cerca de la playa, esa zona está en cuesta, pero en 5 minutos andando estás en el paseo. Y que decir de los trabajadores... Para nosotras fue lo mejor de todo, nos hicieron sentir como en familia desde el principio, todos muy amables y siempre intentando ayudar en lo que podían. Sin duda ellos son los que van a hacer que volvamos segurísimo. Daros las gracias por las increíbles vacaciones que nos hicisteis pasar a mi madre y a mí! Seguid trabajando como lo hacéis porque sois increíbles!!

Hemos venido ya cuatro veces, exceptuando la pandemia, y es superagradable encontrarte con este hotel, que salvo alguna reforma a mejor, sigue igual. Nos agradó muchisimo volver a encontrarnos con Teresa en el comedor. Atenta, amable, siempre con una sonrisa y una memoria envidiable. Esta chica es una joya. Nuestra intencion es volver el proximo año y volver a encontrarnos como en casa
