We was a large party of 12 (6 rooms in total) and thought it was great value for money, if we go back we would definitely look to stay there again."

"We've just returned from a great stay at the RH Victoria and will be definiatly be visiting again!. Rooms - Perfect! Spacious, clean and fantastic views. The complimentary toiletries were topped up everyday. Beds are comfy. Smart TV with all apps and channels you can think of. Pool area - Small and relaxed. Plenty of beds. Pool and jacuzzi area clean and tidy. Staff - The staff (all bar one) were so friendly! It was my birthday during my visit and I was greeted with balloons, sweets and a birthday card from the hotel which was really kind. The animation team were fantastic! They were friendly, funny and got everyone involved. There was a team member who worked on the pool bar outside - not very friendly and seemed like he didnt want to be there. Restaurant - Lovely hot food with plenty of variety."

"This hotel gives a great impression when you walk through the doors. It looks and smells clean and fresh with a modern feel. We were welcomed by David on reception at almost 11.30pm and he had saved us some dinner, this was a lovely touch. We had a good few plates of various foods with a microwave to warm anything up. There was water in the room and everything was spotless. The rooms are spacious with a safe charges at 2 euros a day. The balcony was ample with chairs and a table. The shower was amazing and so powerful with a nice big bath for a soak. The hotel is perfectly situated between the old and new town and quiet enough to get some sleep. We would definitely recommend it and return again. It was faultless."

"Traveled as a large group, hotel is spotless, staff all friendly. Pool area gets the sun from morning to night. The food is very good for a 3 star hotel. It can be a bit noisy at night with the younger ones coming home but overall everyone enjoyed their stay with no complaints. Most of Benidorm was in darkness due to the big power outage but we were one of the very few hotels with back up generators so were not affected at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice enough hotel for the money, was clean and staff friendly, plenty for breakfast lots of choice but was cold.. I’m not one to over complain but it wasnt even luke warm, so stuck to toast and pastries and fruit. We had to be up at 1.30am for our flight and the entertainment went on til midnight, we couldn’t escape the noise from our room. That said… location was nice if u like the old town. Bar and pool were nice."

"In all honesty i think the reviews on this apartment are way too harsh. Me and my partner stayed for a week and it was honestly amazing! I think you get what you paid for if anything you should be paying more, the rooms were clean and big and the balcony was massive - bigger than half of the 4 star hotels around the area. The pool was clean, deep and well kept and everything is in walking distance from the apartment. My honest opinion is half of the negative reviews are people expecting to pay very cheap and get a 5 star resort experience! Lastly, the staff were very friendly and nice - you do have to pay a €50 deposit on arrival however it wasn’t a hassle to get back as other people have said. All in all, a very pleasant experience and i would return to stay here again in the future :)"

"Great hotel, great terrace. Pool quite a let down. We were half board and food was lovely. Rooms were immaculate. We were on the second floor. Cleaner had a major attitude problem. She also cleaned the terrace outside and when we went to sit out as we were up early for our flight she was not happy. We were no where near to where she was cleaning and asked politely if it was ok to sit down. She nodded but then began to mumble on in spanish and her facial expressions told us she was not happy. Same when we said it was OK not to clean our room. She was blonde with a pony tail. She gave us the death stare. Apart from that. Hotel is perfect location and bar staff were really friendly and work so hard. They are a credit to the Hotel."

"If you want a no frills bargain break then this is the place for you! The rooms were very basic but that’s what we expected from a 2* hotel, the hotel was very clean from entering the building the smell was fresh, our room had a fantastic shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. The towels were tiny and yes dated but again what we expected for the price but overall we were very happy with our experience. Jessie the ‘chef’’ worked tirelessly during our 5 night stay and provided us with a good selection of food….we didn’t go hungry! Carlos on reception was very helpful when we arrived and continued with that during our stay, WiFi was excellent even in the room so would definitely return. If you are looking for a budget hotel in the old town then this is the place for you, no frills but good value for money….top tip bring your ear plugs as the walls/rooms are paper thin but having said that with the hotels location to everything was fantastic…so even though it was a 2* hotel we would defo give it a 4* for value….of course we will be back but that is because we like value on a budget 👍"

"Breakfast still excellent. Staff remembered us even though was 2yrs ago which was nice. Lady on reception very helpful and lovely. The maids were brilliant even chased after us after they found something we left behind The only negative thing was the lads/men took over the pool with too many footballs being thrown around and smashed into us ladies trying to have a chill and cool off which was annoying and frustrating. Thank you for looking after us."

"This is my 4th time now and still is very good and consistent. Check in is quick easy and simple. Had a room at the front of the building (defo recommend the rear) which is quiet at night but busy and noisy during the day but it was ok with me. It was a good size and very clean, not sure why there were 3 beds as I was solo visitor but It offered a wide choice of sleeping arrangements. Pool was lovely and clean and no issues getting a sun bed, very near the bar so certainly ticked all the boxes. Food was good, you do get roughly the same each occasion but I liked it and there’s plenty as its buffet style and a free unlimited ice cream parlour. All the staff are helpful and polite, the bar staff stand out for me as their extremely polite and inter act with their customers really well. Bucket of Cruzcampo €12 and you get 6 bottles of 330ml and free peanuts or olives if you ask. Bar prices are good and in the restaurant it’s only €5 for house wine but they offer loads of other wines at various prices. I’m back in November for another 6 nights with easyJet holidays. Nothing here not to like. A couple of niggly issues but not enough to drop a star.⭐"
