I liked that it was clean and modern and did exactly what it said on tin.....clean linen on beds, spotless in apartment so all in all good value for money

This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in room was filthy, bathroom wasn't any better,we had to ask for over a week to get the room cleaned 😕,as for the pool area their was only one parasol no comfortable chairs as you see in pictures,bugs in the beds and bathroom,ants running up the tiles in kitchen area ,I wouldn't recommend this place and the beds are like sleeping on a brick wall.

Here for 4 nights one towel per person for the duration of stay no cleaners in at all same sheets for 4 nights no remote for tv went haven a shower it sprays out on the floors nd no shower maths no hand towels or body wash ect bed very basic like lien on a pallet of wood don’t open on Wednesday so had to call a number on the desk to get key out of a security box end up been wrong key and had wait for someone to come with a key . Pool wasn’t the cleanest either . Good for stags

Great apartments for the money. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable. My only criticism of the room was our room wasn’t cleaned or linen changed during a 7 night stay. However, cleaning utensils was in the room to do it myself. Towels are charged at €1 each, after you have used your 2 sets. Staff were lovely, especially Jenny. Nothing was ever to much trouble. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues as it is up the hill. Overall a great week away, wouldn’t book again due to location but that can’t be helped.

Do not be fooled by pics !! This hotel is a doss hole and dirty noway a 3 * wouldn’t sleep my dog in there ! Plugs hanging off walls damp sofa beds full of flees no balcony. Not cleaned in 4 days we stayed ! Had to ask for toilet roll from reception honestly you can book else where with better standards for less money!

Basic self catering hotel… felt safe and secure. Very close to the ***** - 5 minutes walk. However I wouldn’t recommend the walk back up the hill to the hotel. On arrival to the hotel, staff were pleasant. We didn’t have to pay a €150 deposit as advised - not sure if this was because we were a party of 2. Given 1 towel each, extra towels at €1 cost. Toilet roll available at the reception when required. Hotel rooms weren’t clean but we wasn’t expecting them to be. We were advised when reception would be closed, not always 24/7 and given a gate code. Pool area clean, pool was cold. No bar open at the pool area - no staff to be seen. Air conditioning worked well. Overall you get what you pay for.. would stay there again

Room is basic but clean. Everything U need is there if not ask at reception. Have to say the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble especially Jenny and Miguel. Only bad thing is that bloody hill but that can't be helped and a taxi 🚕 is pretty cheap. Will definitely stay here again 😁

Well what can i say if you love Green you will love this Hotel . So much lush green decor it blew me away . What i also loved was the smell of sewer juice pounding out our bathroom it was so nice to have a lovely scent whilst taking a relaxing shower . I love that the shower curtain ripped of the wall on day 1 and we then just used the towels to make a towel drainage system all over the bathroom floor who needs towels anyways when you get given 1 roll of toilet roll that you can dry yourself with who needs more than 1 roll of toilet roll for 3 nights in a room for 4 people … not us . The air con unit that was broke and then a small unit placed in corner of room in replacement was so nice to be blowing hot air around all weekend just what i wanted we didnt need to be cold anyways loved sweating morning and night . All jokes aside you get what you pay for in true benidorm style its a base and it is a party hotel . Cheap as chips to stay at drinks at the bar were a great price and Jesus the bar man was lovely and made great pizzas . Also if your drunk and can't find your hotel this one sticks out like sore thumb beautiful green atlantis resort with a huge person reaching their hand out to you on side not google maps needed here x 10/10 would stay again when im dead
