Helios Benidorm

Arrived as two couples in our 50's. Bit of a queue at reception on arrival but it was our turn. Our room wasn't ready as we had an early flight but the customer service provided by Eduardo was tip top. We were provided with all the relevant info, wifi codes, toilet and luggage room keys. Advised we had a room upgrade which was pleasing to hear. This hotel is spotless everywhere. Restaurant we used just for breakfasts and what a choice there was. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. The rooms are big enough, with free safe, a fridge and plenty of storage. These were the comfiest beds and pillows I have slept in at any hotel. Although quite close to the ***** there was no noise that disturbed our sleep. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. A great team and shout out again to Eduardo who always greeted us with a huge smile and a wave.

Excellent hotel, good location, reasonable prices. We had a junior suite, corner so double aspect, on the 9th (top) floor. The room was well-equipped, lots of toiletries, two TVs showing several British channels, very comfortable bed. Coffee machine provided, and a kettle could be obtained from reception. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast with a chef preparing eggs, omelettes etc to order, and staff were attentive and friendly. Nice pool area, clean and tidy. The beach was a 5 minute walk away, clubs, cafés, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes' walk, the Old Town is a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away. Taxis could be ordered through reception, and were quick to arrive, at all hours. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Benidorm.

We stayed at your hotel for 1 night on 6th June 2024. I would just like to tell you about the outstanding customer service from Angela at reception. She was extremely efficient and also very friendly. We were checked in very quickly and I must say we all enjoyed our stay very much and have recommended your hotel to friends when they have asked for our advice. Firstly, the best thing about this hotel is location! If you’re looking for a hotel in the centre of the benidorm action, this is the place to be! We stayed for a week as a couple and had a lovely time. The hotel was modern and clean with plenty amenities. The pool was a little small but lovely none the less - not too cold. Plenty sun loungers and an excellent pool bar. We only stayed for bed and breakfast but we couldn’t fault the variety or quality. Our room was the only downside. Although clean, it hadn’t yet been updated in terms of decor and felt very old and had a very strong musty smell for the duration of our stay. It was cleaned every day, and the bathroom was great and spacious. The shower is fixed to the wall at a very low heigh which made for an impossible shower for my 6’5” boyfriend, but again not a big deal. I would recommend this hotel and for the standard of the area, this was a cut above the rest. Thanks to the lovely staff for a great time in Benidorm!

This was an Outstanding hotel in a great location Very clean & modern hotel it was spotless absolutely amazing selection of foods breakfast & dinner was fantastic very nice and pleasant staff Nice spa & inexpensive treatments Highly recommend this hotel to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fifth time staying at the Helios and once again, wasn't disappointed. The one change this time was we decided to stay on half board basis rather than B&B which we did the previous times, my only regret is not doing so sooner as the quality and choice of the food was fantastic. Every night had a different theme, from Tex Mex to Chinese, Spanish and Uk, neither of us had any complaints about the food. The only small gripe i would have is there were no soft drinks included, however that may be the norm as I have never stayed on a half board basis anywhere recently, but it would have been nice to not have to pay for even some water. Apart from the food, the cleanliness of the whole hotel was superb as was the quality of the housekeeping standard and availability of sunbeds. We will be back for a sixth visit very soon

This hotel is perfect! The hotel itself is VERY clean and the amenities are great. The staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive, I was asked numerous times if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. It’s pretty close to the main *****, maybe a 5 minute walk, but also just far enough away that it’s not too loud on a night. The beds are very comfortable and you can even have a jacuzzi bath to rest them weary legs after a long day walking to old town. The only complaint I have it that my dad snores like a water buffalo, but that’s my problem haha! Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s so good in fact, we’ve already booked ourselves in for next year! I can’t wait, I’m already counting down the days! Thanks to all the team at Helios. 5* from me!

Such a clean and nice hotel our view was a 10/10 would definitely come again ! Food and bar was amazing . Caroline and Angelina was so kind and polite and really made us feel like we were at home lovely girls . They are so good and professional at what they do .

We have just returned from our first stay in the Helios it is an absolutely wonderful hotel and we had a fantastic experience there. The location is wonderful near all the entertainment but far enough away from the madness and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. We only had breakfast booked and the variety was great. We had lunch by the pool one day it was really good quality and very well priced. What stood out to us was the wonderful staff they have working in the hotel. I was unwell on our last day we had a late flight and they gave us our room complimentary for the day so i could stay in bed reception also called our room to see if they could do anything for us. I have stayed in many hotels and the level of service in this hotel is one of the best i have encountered. We have booked to go back again in July as the experience was so positive Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good.
