We had a promising start with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The rooms were satisfactory, offering ample cupboard space, a decent-sized room, an impressive balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a bath/shower combination. One minor issue was the slippery surface of the bath during showers. The beds were very firm, which suited me, though they might be for everyone. While the outdoor area appeared a bit worn, there were lots of chairs and sunbeds available. Although I didn't use the pool, its design seemed peculiar, resembling a semi-circle against a brick wall. Regarding the food, it was average. While it didn't quite live up to the standards of a four-star hotel, it wasn't as dire as some reviews suggested. Nonetheless, I expected better quality. Despite this, there was enough variety to satisfy most guests, and we never encountered cold food, as some had reported. We had no issues with the all-inclusive drinks, with a decent selection available. However, in hindsight, upgrading to branded drinks/spirits might have been preferable, and something we would do if we were to return. I can't comment much on the entertainment, as we spent our evenings out in Benidorm. However, it seemed that both day and night, guests were enjoying themselves, contributing to a nice family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were generally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The only negative incident was one day when our room wasn't cleaned properly, with the balcony area untouched and the beds only partially made. Overall, in our view, this hotel falls short of its four-star rating, possibly boosted by its spa facilities, which we didn't utilize. Without the spa, it would likely be rated as a three-star hotel. However, I don't intend this as a slight; we found the hotel to offer excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and satisfactory food. Given the price we paid, we would certainly consider returning in the future.

Every member of the staff and management were friendly helpful and courteous. The rooms a high standard of cleanliness with plenty of fluffy towels changed daily. Needed more pillows so just asked and they were on bed by evening. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Varied food choices at all meals. Something for everyone so no going hungry. Pool area spotless and always a sunbed available. Restaurant staff always welcoming and always a table waiting for us with a bottle of wine and water ready. Definitely worth a visit as having read previous reviews I was a bit dubious of this hotel . If visiting the spa be sure you understand the rules about wearing a swimming cap in jacuzzi as spa employees not good with English and their written rules need reviewing my only observation that is a bit negative.

Can’t fault this hotel, staff all pleasant check in was a breeze and our rooms were ready when we arrived. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels could smell bleach all round the hotel to be honest. All inclusive drinks can’t fault them either had to ask for my Bacardi and coke to be topped up with coke 😂, food was fine could find something to eat every day we only made it to breakfast once due to only just getting in a couple of hours before it started but on that once no complaints. Will definitely be returning to Benidorm and highly likely will be staying in this hotel when I do!

Hello, I’ve just been to dynastic hotel April 7th - April 11th. All inclusive, check in took a little while and got seen by 1 of the people on the desk and then had to be swapped to the other person. Wasn’t much of an issue. 1 of our rooms were ready early which was a bonus. We went to the room and initially there was a VERY strong scent of bleach, I mean at least we knew it had been cleaned🤦🏽‍♀️ calmed down after opening doors to let some air through. Once we got into our second room there was a lot of mould on the wall and around the shower in the bathroom and no air con. Me and my friend thought the beds were comfy whereas my other 2 friends didn’t but I suppose that’s preference. We then went down to the pool, pool is lovely freezing but nice. I’d say it’s a little smaller than it looks in the pictures. The kids water play area was even more colder than the main pool. The normal pool isn’t deep and the same depth all the way through. The pool bar was good fast service 95% of the time. They weren’t very happy but I wouldn’t be either having to work the long hours they have to. They do not measure any of your drinks😂😂 (we wasn’t complaining though) We went to the snack bar as we had missed breakfast. The burgers were red inside and freezing cold even though we had waited for the new ones to come out. So the next few days we would just get some chips. The second to last day the chips were freezing, the heat lamps weren’t doing much for anything there. I think the only reason the breakfast, lunch and dinner was warm was because it was busier so constantly going out. We went for dinner and there wasn’t much options I had some cold pasta (which was supposed to be warm) and some bread. Wasn’t a lot of variety. We ate breakfast there and proceeded to eat out for dinner every night. I think all inclusive for drinks would be worth it but so much cheaper and nicer to eat out. I wouldn’t say this hotel is a 4 star would definitely say a 3.

Never a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star, should be shut down. Arrived at hotel and checked into standard room. Room was dirty and tiny, AC was mouldy and what looks like poo/eggs on the bedside table. Bathroom also horrible. Cleaners were sent and all they did was spray mould with febreze. Asked to be moved and were told our only option was to upgrade so paid £50 for this. New room was more spacious (these are the ones that you can see in pictures online) and nicer but still not great. Bath water stinks. Went for dinner and was shocked at the state of the food. Barely edible slop, either undercooked or overcooked - grey meat, felt like eating cardboard. We had to eat out most nights just to have an enjoyable dinner. Breakfast and lunch similar, with breakfast being the best of a bad bunch (still terrible). Staff are rude and unwelcoming, when entering restaurant they don’t even greet you or speak to you unless you talk to them first. Pool is embarrassingly tiny and feels like an afterthought that was just wedged into the corner of the hotel. Like a dirty puddle, you can’t even swim in it and we weren’t surprised to see barely any hotel residents using it. You have to pay to use the indoor pool which we avoided as to not be disappointed by another aspect of the hotel. Only redeeming factor is the location, 5 minute walk from the ***** and the beach which was useful, as well as supermarkets nearby. Overall an extremely disappointing stay, in no way is this a 4 star hotel and I would not recommend it to anybody.

we arrived to the hotel to find that the room that we booked was supposed to be a fully disabled room; this was not the case. I am immobile in my wheelchair and can only stand and turn with assistance. The doorway to the bathroom was not wide enough to allow access to the bathroom so the hotel took the door off the hinges resulting in no privacy for anyone, the bars were not suitable as they were incredibly small and the space between the sink countertop and the toilet was so small you could only fit a small child in the gap, which is definitely not suitable for my carer to fit into to transfer me to the toilet. Also a bidet is not appropriate for wheelchair users especially when it's placed directly in front of the toilet leaving less than 2 feet of space between them. The beds are not suitable for wheelchair users either they are too low to the ground and could not be adjusted to suit my height. Im not saying an electric bed just a bed where you can twist the legs to suit. This has resulted in me sleeping in my wheelchair resulting in pressure sores as I was in my chair 24/7. I had to go downstairs and use the disabled toilet to get washed and dressed as I could not use the bathroom in my room. I had to do this every morning of my holiday. The disabled toilet in the reception was not safe at all, the drop down bar was coming away from the wall This has resulted in me sleeping in my wheelchair resulting in pressure sores as I was in my chair 24/7.

Fantastic little find. Very clean, great staff and great food. We were really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are a good size. Really clean and the cleaning staff are super friendly. The food is very good with lots of Choice. Waiters and waitresses are fabulous. This hotel is in a perfect location. 10 mins to the pubs and clubs and 10mins to beach. Nice pool area. Had a average week. Hotel ok for a basic holiday and rooms are good size. But quite a few let downs. Outdoor pool area not kept clean. Small pool outside not deep, can stand in it. Was dissapointed that they charge for indoor pool at €15 for 2 hours (never used it) had booked this hotel because of indoor pool as aware in March there are cooler days and sometimes rain. There was a kettle and fridge in room but no cups or tea making stuff. Food in restaurant reasonable, quite a few choices. Hotel not in best area alot of homeless on streets. Staff do a reasonable job but noone stood out to us. Entertainment very poor with Karaoke, reptile show and parrots. Only one singer during our 7 day stay. Like i say it was an average hotel with nothing rememberable.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at period. 3 to a room would which would struggle to keep 2 better kipping out on the street.no entertainment terrible pool no free access to the spa even when all inclusive, 200 euro deposit for the room on arrival.
