we have just come back from 2 weeks in hotel it will be our 10th visit hotel his spotlessly clean rooms are great can't fault it .pool area is great loads of beds lovely large pool .my only concern his the food its never been the best but this time it was worse we were always down first thing for breakfast food not warm so I just put it in microwave. didn't see any English bacon or sausage for all holiday.we had lunch every day instead of evening meal nice salads but not much choice of anything else it's the only thing that let's hotel down it won't stop us going to hotel as everything else is perfect

Very nice hotel, great ambient. Clean rooms, good location. The only bad thing is the food. We had halfboard. Breakfast - cold eggs, dinner - not really tasty. But the personnel very kind. Good thing of the hotel is also outside pool and underground parking garage. If we’d go again, we would book it without halfboard and eat outside.

Greeted by a lovely reception seating area and bar,friendly helpful receptionists,all the staff in every department want congratulating,they are a credit to themselves. Good size rooms, cleaned every day to a great standard. Food was a touch above usual AI in my opinion,drinks good. The hotel is just up from benidorm palace,great for a quieter stay but only 5 mins bus ride into centre. Met a lot of people who having been going for years,we could see why. Would definitely return.

What can i say about this hotel that is nothing but good. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out! The room was spotless..cleaned daily ...the food we were half board was superb and different every day ...served lovely and hot off the griddle and something for everyone.. Evening entertainment was there if you wanted it ..if not there was a games room and a lovely terrace that you could sit out and have a drink. Stones throw from main Benidorm ***** and beach.. The pools were great ..indoors a swimming hat was needed but that was fine as the experience in the hot tubs..lazy river were great. Outside a big pool with snack bar ..drinks and plenty of sunbeds ... The staff were so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much. Beautiful wedding the weekend we were there and lovely to see .. The hotel caters for all ..last weekend not only the wedding but also children with disabilities ..they all behaved well and loved the entertainment..this week we had a holiday group of blind people and they were so friendly The hotel is such a gem on the quieter outskirts of Benidorm...we have booked already to go again next year...

Just returned from a glorious 10 days there. 9.5/10 for hotel cleanliness.. 9.5/10 food. We were half board and the huge varieties of food on offer is amazing and all fresh or freshly cooked in front of you. Lovely room with balcony over looking the kids play pool. Staff lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. A bus stop is right outside to go to the areas where the lively bars are. Already booked for same time next year. 10/10 Hotel Deloix.

Writing this review to let you all know what it's like. We arrived at the hotel around 12pm after a good 6 hours of horrible travelling. The woman at reception was nice but told us our room wasn't ready as it still wasn't cleaned yet. We sat in the reception area and waited for it to be cleaned. Eventually got into our room. The room was clean and pretty big, view from balcony wasn't the best and it was mostly in the shade and the lock for the balcony door didnt work. Rooms were cleaned everyday, we would often come back to the room and find that the maids had put items of clothing on/in the bidet. Which is very poor hygiene. A few socks managed to go missing from the room after being cleaned. No kettle or iron in the room as you have to go to reception and put a deposit down for them. Food and beverage staff weren't the friendliest, always felt like we were an inconvenience and treated differently from the Spanish guests. Hot food options weren't that great either, mostly seafood, we practically lived off chips and wedges while there. They did however have nice dessert options. You also have to put a deposit down for some items in the games room. A few nights they would have loud music playing and what looked like a little party in one of the rooms until early hours of the morning. On our last night we checked out at 6am and the music was still playing. The pool areas are nice and the plants around the hotel were pretty. Definitely wouldn't go back here though.

Really sorry so disappointing with this hotel …Bedroom is lovely although no view …Restaurant is just like a cafeteria food not good … lots of children running around in bar/lounge just like a butlins hotel …entertainment not good …Would certainly not return ….

Stopped for a week mid April with my 14 year old daughter. Hotel very clean, pool freezing when you get in but soon warm up. Found all the staff friendly and helpful. Maid for our room was very friendly and nice and always cleaned to a high standard. We were half board, food was a bit hit and miss (to our tastings) but there are plenty of food spots in Benidorm, we did not expect to eat here a lot, and the cost of going Half Board rather than SC was minimum so we did it. Beer on tap is Amstel which is like drinking my drain water. A nice quiet hotel (really quiet at nights) away from the madness but not a long walk in at all. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed here to have a quiet place to stay near benidorm. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. My mum, who I booked this for, was so impressed that she intends to book again. Due to the good weather during our stay we spent time in the pool everyday and my mum enjoyed the wide variety of food offered on the buffet each night.
