While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Everything was very straightforward, from check-in to check-out. The location is top, within walking distance are many shopping opportunities and sights. The accommodation is modern and secure, you can only get into the building with a PIN code. Always happy to stay again!

We stayed in the apar**ent for three nights. The host is excellent in his communication and very helpful.

Struttura situata a Vracar, vicina al Tempio quindi in posizione strategica. La location in cui ho soggiornato è molto piccola ma bene arredata e confortevole. Il problema per me è stato che non è molto insonorizzato, quindi il rumore dell ascensore e dello scarico del bagno del piano superiore erano molto fastidiosi. Ottimo il posto auto nelle vicinanze

Appartamento esattamente come descritto, curato bello e pulito! La zona dove è situato è abbastanza vicina al centro, un po’ limitrofa quindi la sera si raccomanda un po’ di attenzione.
