It's located centrally in belgaum. Food is great and all the services are upto the mark. Happy with the hotel.

Very good location, excellent rooms, great tv with a huge screen. Services a little retarded & a very abrupt attitude of staff when asked for a delayed checkout. Also they do not have a cloakroom.

The stay was very good. About hotel - the hotel is situated near the highway (10 mins maximum from the highway by car)so very convenient. They have car as well as 2 wheeler parking available. About room - the room is very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised with the big room. The bathroom was also very clean. The reception is very responsive and fast in taking action for all small requests we had. So overall a very pleasant stay at a good location. Haven't got any credits for the review kindly check

The room service was terrible. Hotel gave me wrong room, shifted downstairs to a room which was used and not cleaned. We had to accommodate a guest for which we paid extra as per hotel policy, but then they were repeatedly asking in restaurant for extra charges for the guest, which we already paid in full.

Stay not good, ammenties provided was used by previous customer. Staff also not attentive. Also there is condition of non refundable fees so there is no choice to stay there only.

The rooms and restaurant were good. Extremely friendly and well behaved restaurant staff. I am giving low rating only because of front desk employees- gave wrong information about additional member stay, non cooperative for simple tasks, refusal to help with luggage and very poorly trained front desk people.

Faucet was leaking but they repaired it quick. We asked for room service which didn’t happen. There was no hot water. We ordered a coffee, the taste was average and the utensils weren’t washed. There were dead insects. The look of room per se was good.
