Appropriate Hotel for people who are looking for staying in Beijing which not far to famous place inside the city

Elevator was not working staff bit rude

The hotel is conveniently located near buses, subways, shopping centers, it is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, speaks English, even though I speak very little English and Chinese, I had a great time because I was both patient and willing to help, it is already the second time and it is now my favorite hotel, I am a pensioner and the price of the room is very good for me, I will come back again if it is convenient because it is a family environment.

Location hotel near 2 sub way Guomao Station 1 km. and Shuangjing Station 1.2 km. but I can ride bike go to sub way convenience for me. If you hungry food store near hotel there has local food and also delicious too .The staff were very welcoming.

I spent three weeks in China visiting different cities, and for the last three days, I stayed in Beijing. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, there was no warmth or hospitality—just outright refusal to assist. The staff repeatedly dismissed every request with a blunt ‘No’ without offering alternatives. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room facing the railway tracks, where the constant train noise made it impossible to rest. The entire hotel reeked of stale cigarettes, and the odor in my room was unbearable. When I politely asked to switch rooms, I was met with an immediate and unprofessional ‘No, no!!!’. Due to these intolerable conditions, I had no choice but to cut my stay short and cancel the second night.

Clean with basic amenities. Good location within walking distance from Guomao Train Station. Relatively cheap for travellers. Near to local eateries. Will consider it if visit Beijing again.

I've been to this hotel in February, during a business trip to Beijing. The hotel is just ok. Also, the room was very cold, and at night both me and my colleague (who had a different room) had to sleep with warm patches.

There is no convenience stores and maybe one restaurant in the street, so the location is great because it is Guomao but not convenient in terms of walkable place around. They can of course receive packages from Eleme and others, and it gets delivered to your room by a robot. The room is nice and got everything you need, no plugs near the night stand but that's a detail. Clean. The staff doesn't speak any English so get your translators ready. They take a 100cny deposit for the room that they give back when you go out. Good price for value.

Amazing location. Recommend and i will be booking this hotel again

We don’t like this our stay here. It’s Old and some parts of the room is broken like wallpapers, floor, bed. We will not stay here again.

When I asked about the Great Wall trip, staff simply said, "I don't know, we don't provide such a service, you should look around yourself." That was very rude. Otherwise, for budget travelers, its location is good

The hotel is safe and near the subway. The are lots of restaurants outside and also 7-11 store is near. The room is clean and good value for money. Water pressure in the bathroom is strong and heater is working properly. The will provide toiletries at the reception when you checkin. I'll checkin here again if I'm back in Beijing soon.

The lady at front desk she is totally unprofessional and one more thing when you sleep they will knock the door and not like knock once and wait they will knock continuously . And when you finally sleep and try to rest then police will come and check passport number which is so stupid because before when you get your room the front desk they will check your passport and make copies of it .

This hotel is between two metro stations: Guomao and Shuangjing, about a 15 minute walk to either one. There is an art school and art museum nearby. It is also just a few metres south of a railway line, and although I heard the trains, the noise didn't bother me. My room was absolutely fine for a short stay as a solo traveller. My room had a small hole in it, and the staff at reception seemed to already be aware of it, so my deposit wasn't at risk.
