This Beijing trip for my family was a very good experience, though a little set back and disappointnent on the first day. Overall very satisfactory and we stay in this hot for 7 night.

Hotel was quite central. Xidan is in reach with Shopping Mals and restaurants. The hotel itself has been quite prestigious in the past but now it's a bit outdated. The water has to be left running for a while to get warm water as an example.

很不錯的！攜程上可以修改訂單（住客的名字等等）酒店服務人員彬彬有禮。酒店裝飾典雅華麗，有“團圓”的裝飾畫，與民族飯店的名字非常相稱。房間朝南，可以看到壯麗的復興門內大街對面的建築物。房間內包括衞生間大小合適，乾淨。

來民族飯店辦婚禮，是家裡長者一直心願，小時候就住在附近，所以對這裏的一磚一瓦都有獨特的情懷，入住是沒的説，知道我們辦婚禮前台説儘量給我們安排了同樓層挨着的房間，真是感謝前台小哥哥小姐姐們，還通知客房給我們房間鋪了紅色的床品，真是氛圍感滿滿，由於婚禮當天忙忙碌碌錯過了退房時間，前台小桑同志幫忙申請了延遲退房，退房的時候還特意囑咐我們別著急別落下東西，還祝福我們新婚快樂，真是感動，感謝。婚禮圓滿禮成，民族飯店功不可沒，希望你能一直在，見證歷史，見證現在，見證未來。越來越好祝小哥哥小姐姐們所有人！

第一位置很好就在長安街上，對面就是國開行。第二服務也好，對住客需求及時響應。第三房型不算大，但完全滿足住宿需求。感受很好，還會來住。

聽同事推薦的，老牌正統酒店，房間大，擺設多，床和枕頭高度軟硬度都符合我的要求，有地毯但很乾凈，特別喜歡房間裏有多處鏡子，方便實用，還有美人靠沙發，一個大床房可以三個人住都沒問題。地理位置優越，出門兩邊都距離地鐵站比較近，安全感十足，離購物的王府井、西單都不遠，很滿意的一次住宿。

設施太老舊，早晨正在睡覺，聽到嘩嘩以為大雨，起來一看洗手間棚頂漏了，像水簾洞一樣，你能想象在長安街上民族飯店會這樣嗎，來了維修師傅説維修不了，衹能等着幹，讓我調換了房間，酒店但是沒有任何歉意的表示，好像很正常一樣，看來這種情況經常發生，一言難盡，這次十一度假酒店體驗真的很差，人員服務還算可以。

酒店前台的服務態度非常好，員工雷粉秀非常專業且NICE。房間的衞生打掃得乾淨，家庭出行還贈送孩子小禮物，佈置温馨舒適，酒店的地理位置也非常方便，附近有很多商店和餐廳，西單商圈就在附近，對於我們出遊逛街真是太友好了，還可以吃各種好吃的美食，非常推薦這家酒店!

這次的酒店唯一讓我覺得好的就是！我們早上比較早到酒店，詢問前台能否提前辦理入住！他讓我寫5星好評就可以！想着4星的酒店不會差到哪裡去！就欣然同意了！但是酒店的衞生真的讓人不敢恭維，又破又舊就算了，本來就知道是老酒店，可以忍受！但是當我晚上10點多，回到酒店想要洗漱時，發現水是放不熱的，打開淋浴間的門，那股黴味和牆面、地面瓷磚發黃發黴我真的受不了！打了電話問他們，衹説送果盤，我要的是果盤嘛！要不是太晚了，孩子太累了，真的想立馬換酒店！

民族飯店位置特別好，在長安街上，出行很便利，服務人員都很熱情，尤其是前台的工作人員雷粉秀，諮詢了一些出行和入住的問題，回答的特別貼心周到，很好的一次入住體驗，去北京選酒店的首選，真的不會讓你們失望，入住後感覺真不錯，下次有機會還會住民族飯店，退房帶着孩子還贈送了一些小禮物🎁，孩子很喜歡，貼心周到，賓至如歸

這個酒店位置挺好，樓下就是西長安街，離西單比較近，距離19號地鐵站步行大約10幾分鐘的路程。酒店隔音挺好，尤其吹風機風力很大，櫃子裏還有保險櫃，小冰箱，鞋拔子。我覺得需要改進的有以下幾點： 1.酒店內設施陳舊，標間房兩床中間沒有電插頭，手機充電得隆重的放在電視機下面的櫃子上才行。 2.最讓人無法忍受的是浴室裏是老式浴盆，沖澡的時候還得站在浴盆裏才行，對長者孩子的安全是個巨大的問題。水龍頭也是很有歷史感。 3.浴盆和馬桶之間就是個浴簾起個隔斷作用，但根本阻止不了沖澡水流到地上，弄的浴室地濕乎乎滑溜溜的。 4.浴室的門也早已變形關不住。 5.點外賣不方便，需要自己去酒店門口的架子上取。也沒有送餐機器人。 6.入住需要交500元按金。離開時需檢查房間完畢才可以把按金返回來。

二環里長安街之上入住這家老牌四星級體驗非常好，前台魏皓飛服務挺熱情的，房間也整潔衞生，旁邊就是西單吃飯逛街也很方便，離天安門不到三公里 下次來北京還會入住民族飯店！
