Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities and breakfast. I will recommend others for sure.

We were given the wrong room and within minutes of checking in i let them know of the mistake but was told they were all booked and there was nothing to do about it that it wasnt their fault its what i booked even though i had the email stating the room we booked was different. It wasn't really the safest for my little one who fell because of it.

Was a nice stay, my shower was a little moldy but overall was a good experience

Staff was helpful ,clean ,pool was nice … breakfast was good but they don’t have a shuttle but that ok overall perfect … they even have good water pressure in the shower in the shampoo in the bathroom

Please stay away from this hotel. We were shocked to see the state of the room assigned to us. The sofa bed had a big rip staring right back at us and the carpet was stained and dirty in multiple places throughout the room. The room itself was cramped and the bathroom was very tiny as well. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusted and overall everything looked in a bad state. The breakfast was decent.

The location was ideal clean and very nice. My issue was I prepaid for this room and when I got there got charged 252. More for the room AGAIN and 100 deposit (which the deposit I understand) I paid nearly 400 for one night and nothing has been returned yet. I brought this to their attention and was told it would go back on card. I am unsure when that’s going to happen

Entire stay was a disaster, the room I was assigned was apparently occupied by a smoker the day before, housekeepers bombarded the room with a nauseating air freshener that kept me up most of the night with a headache. Also couldn’t get the WiFi to work and front desk staff had no idea how to remedy the situation. I stay at this Holiday Inn Express frequently for work and normally have a pleasant experience but this stay was awful!

還不錯，就是房間設施有點陳舊。早餐過於簡單，以至於旅客多的時候，出現了少餐的情況。這次僅僅是住了幾個小時

前台很熱情，酒店位置稍偏僻，正好在新澤西和賓州中間位置，但是房間很大，挺乾淨，早餐不太豐盛，勉勉強強
