Hotelnya tidak jauh dari Bandara Internasional Ibu Kota, fasilitas hotelnya lengkap dan pelayanannya sangat baik. Peralatannya baru dan kamarnya berukuran sedang dan bersih. Kekurangannya adalah karena letaknya yang sangat dekat dengan pesawat, suara pesawat yang lepas landas terkadang terdengar. Kondisi sanitasi tangga di luar gerbang hotel dan tempat parkir kurang memuaskan. Terdapat sampah yang tidak dibuang tepat waktu.

*Dengan bayi yang baru menginjak usia satu tahun, saya hanya fokus pada kebersihan dan memilih tempat ini.
Memang hotel baru, tidak berbau aneh dan sedikit wangi. Tempat tidur, kamar, dan koridor semuanya bersih.
*Bila ada kebutuhan, customer service hotel menanganinya dengan sangat cepat.
*Saat memesan makanan untuk dibawa pulang, robot akan mengantarkan makanan ke kamar Anda, yang sangat nyaman
*Ada juga mesin cuci dengan pencucian dan pengeringan terintegrasi, yang sangat nyaman.
Pengalamannya luar biasa dan saya akan memilih di sini lagi di masa depan😊

Karena hotel baru yang baru buka setengah bulan. Kamar dan hardwarenya bagus banget👍
Kedua gadis kecil di meja depan kurang paham dengan proses check-in, dan butuh waktu 20 menit untuk check-in. Tamu maskapai penerbangan harus memperhatikan! ! tanpa! ! Pihak hotel memperkenalkan layanan penjemputan dan pengantaran, karena pengemudi tidak dapat ditemukan. Sarapannya sedikit variasi, tumisannya dingin, piringnya basah dan berair.
Musik latar di koridor adalah musik piano yang tidak diketahui, volumenya sebenarnya tidak terlalu keras, dan masih dimainkan pada malam hari. Saya terbangun di tengah malam dan mendengar suara piano yang tidak menentu terdengar di telinga saya. Rasanya sangat aneh👻

Hotel is situated 15 mins from airport in an industrial area there are a few eateries around the corner approx 5 mins walk. The reception area is big. We were on level 4 - 2 twin room. The room felt brand new with Tech amenities- electric black out curtains at press of a button open or close. Big TV though all in Chinese if you want a movie you pay. There is room service & cafe near reception area. There’s a robot that delivers food etc to your room.
The bed so comfy with cloud like pillows. Loved the big rain shower & good water pressure! The room good size! To the city will be around 1 hour. Great hotel for airport locality will stay again

A very beautiful and modern place near the airport.The hotel is very suitable for transit stay near the airport. The room is full of functionalities and goodies. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The only thing got me confused is the name of the hotel. The listed name on Trip.com and the text on the front door of the hotel are very different. You can check it from the hotel avatar on Trip.com.
Took us 15 min to find the hotel.
