Atour Hotel Beijing Capital Airport New National Exhibition

If you're not Chinese, you can't come here! Only Chinese people are given tea at the reception! I paid for a luxury room, they gave me a simple room, they refused to change it!😡😡 The air conditioning in the room does not work, the TV does not work! refused to help! They don’t want to speak English! and this is the capital of China!!!!! I'm from Russia, but they have no respect for foreigners! horror!

This is a very clean and modern hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable, with wireless charging available as well as usb ports and plug points. The shower was large and the toiletries they provide are good quality - there are big refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no wasteful single use small bottles. The hotel has an excellent laundry service and provides all the necessary detergents, softeners etc. There was a big selection at breakfast - it would have been nice to have a few more descriptions on the food and allergen information. I had to stay an extra night due to my flight being rescheduled and they accommodated this with no problem. Travellers using PEK airport should be aware that this hotel is not walking distance, but it is only a short ride in the taxi to/from the airport.

It is very clean and perfect for a night before catching an early morning flight at Capital Airport.

The room was good with a lot of digital gadgets. The hotel is located to a small park, which I think will be really cool in the summer times. I decided to book this hotel because of the pick-up service. Unforturtally was my pick-up request per email not accepted, and I was required to request the pick-up per phone. For my luck, a flight attendant helped me with her china phone. Thanks to her, the hotel was informed to pick me up. Then finally I got picked-up two hours later as planned in my original request (per mail). The car was really cool with electronic engine and massage function.) But I found it inappropriate that the driver made fun of the fact that I could have put on an extra sweater while waiting for him in the cold. Maybe I just hadn't gotten used to the Chinese humor yet or was too exhausted from my flight. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

機場附近有不少酒店，當時衹是看了顧客評價選的酒店。很高興沒有選錯。員工服務非常專業而且熱情。看我們的行李多，還幫我們免費升級了大一些的房間。客房乾淨整潔。酒店的送機服務非常準時，車很舒服，司機師傅很禮貌。總之一切都大讚。下次從北京飛還會再來。 Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem ausgesprochen zuvorkommend Service und wirklich sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.

到國展，出門就堵車，看着近，實際耗時一點兒不少； 低樓層靠着門前位置的噪音很大，房間隔音也差； 房間門口還擺個這玩意兒（如圖）； 性價比極差，住過的最差的亞朵！

房間很乾凈整潔，前台服務和打掃大姐都很熱情，還給我房間免費升級了，周邊有家北京老火鍋也不錯，下次出差還來亞朵
