Hotel Dekat Pantai di Da Nang

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. There were plenty of English TV channels. The hotel staff accommodated us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The free shuttle into town was quick and reliable. We will definitely be back again soon!

To be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make your stay good and fix any problems you have if you give them the chance. They were very accommodating to us and our needs. The villa was lovely with the private pool and would have been so much more enjoyable had the weather been better. Private beach right beside your pool with own access. Kayaks etc for hire to use for very cheap. Free airport shuttle available which we used at the end and was great. The spa was wonderful and well priced. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, it was the best I have ever had and so relaxing. The lady was so kind and amazing. We were over charged for the mini bar at the end was the only disappointing thing. The prices on the slip in the room were 25,000 per drink and we charged 55,000 per drink. You are only given two small waters a day, so recommend bringing your own water or ordering from Grab app. We would stay here again in the future In warmer weather for sure.

Pelayanannya sangat prima. Semuanya berjalan sangat lancar. Satu-satunya masalah adalah resor ini agak jauh dari tempat-tempat lain di Da Nang. Namun, ini mudah diatasi mengingat betapa murahnya naik Grab. Kamarnya luas dan sangat nyaman, dengan ruang yang lebih dari cukup untuk keluarga beranggotakan 4 atau 5 orang. Pemandangannya fantastis. Bangun tidur dan melihat matahari terbit di atas laut adalah kenangan yang tak terlupakan. Banyak kegiatan untuk anak-anak di klub anak dan arena permainan. Sarapannya luar biasa! Gymnya lumayan, meskipun agak kecil, tetapi seluruh area kebugaran dengan kolam rendamnya sangat menyenangkan. Mudah untuk memesan buggy jika Anda terlalu malas berjalan kaki. Spa harganya cukup terjangkau untuk hotel dengan standar ini! Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang fantastis dan pasti akan kembali lagi!

[ ENG ] Nice hotel in a nice area. You can spend 3-4 days here. The beds are good, the linen is clean. Nearby there are shops (including 24/7), cafes, restaurants. Very close to the beach (the beach is very clean, beautiful, amazing sand). But the hotel is not 3 stars: the faucet in the bathroom is loose, not all the lighting in the room is working, the window handle is broken off, the TV remote control does not work. The administration should pay more attention to the details. \\\ [ RUS ] Хороший отель в хорошем районе. Можно провести тут 3-4 дня. Кровати хорошие, бельё чистое. Рядом есть магазины (в том числе 24\7), кафе, рестораны. Очень близко к пляжу (пляж очень чистый, красивый, потрясающий песок). Но отель не 3 звезды: кран в ванной шатается, не всё освещение работает в номере, ручка окошка отломана, пульт от телевизора не работает. Администрации стоит больше внимания уделять деталям.
