VORYA HOTEL DANANG BEACH

Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya bagus, tapi kasurnya sangat keras. Karena alasan itu saya tidak akan menginap di sini lagi.

Hotel yang bagus, kebersihan adalah kuncinya. Semua perlengkapan kamar mandi tersedia. Satu-satunya masalah adalah resepsionisnya aneh. Mereka tidak mengerti sepatah kata pun bahasa Inggris dan menatap Anda seolah-olah Anda orang aneh, bahkan tidak berusaha menjelaskan diri mereka melalui penerjemah. Staf tidak memberikan pelayanan sama sekali.

Before I come there, I thought sharing the room with other people won't easy for the cleanness but I was wrong. The room service come daily and keep the toilet and room clean. I will stay there for my next time. The location is near marts, beach and restaurants. All was comfortable to stay. Thank you.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Very clean, it is clear that the furniture and everything in the room is new. The bathroom also has everything you need, there is even a separate water boiler, which is why there is always hot water with good pressure. Quiet, clean, smells good. The location is also great, 10 minutes to the beach, near a bunch of cafes, restaurants and shops, a night market is near. Perhaps the best offer for this price! I would come back here if I went to DaNang again.

The hotel is new or i guess they have done some renovations because all the things in the room looked new. I like it. Walking distance to beach. The beach itself is less crowded compared to another side of beach at the center (pub area). You can find nearby restaurants but for me as muslim, i have to go somewhere else to find halal foods (but i’m okay with that - not a heavy eater)

The front desk staff were inefficient; checking out required going upstairs to inspect the room. Their slow and sluggish work wasted a lot of time, causing us to miss our deadline.

Beware every room smells like smoke as they having smoking zones in the lobby, hallway. Not good for families. It's also right next to the main road so expect loud noises from car horns. There's no service to help carry your items or open the door to help you inside. The entrance include several high steps without a ramp. So not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.

The room looks like the picture so that’s good. Unfortunately it wasn’t really clean as we found some hair from the staff and the floor definitely wasn’t vacuum cleaned. Location is good. As for customer service it’s not good. We arrived early and we didn’t really felt welcome. The woman at the reception was more focused on her phone. When we came back to check in at 2pm there were two women and first we kind of got ignored for a moment. After check out I got a message from the hotel why we didn’t let them know when we checked out for inspection of our room. We checked out early due to our flight. Note that they never told us how we should check out if we check out early, so how were we supposed to know? We just left the room key at the reception desk and left just like everyone would do in every hotel. They want to inspect the room before you go. Again, they never told us anything about it before. Probably because they are too focused on their smartphones playing games or whatever. So in conclusion, the room is good, location is close to local and western restaurants and beach, but the customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced
