Old run down hotel in the heart of City. Walking distance to KTM Kuala Krai. Some food places around. My room no 26 was clean and spacious. Water heater functions well. Air con sejuk. Toilet was clean. Overall, my first impression was not good, but later I realize it is accptable. I had great sleep. Everything was clean and comfy. Considering not many choices in kuala krai, I may come again. Recommended for one night stay

Simple hotel in the middle of Kuala Krai small town with halal restaurant at the groundfloor. Average room set up but good enough for traveller. Nearby banks, DIY, Shell, masjid, groceries, shops and fast food stall.

Cozy room for short stay, cleanliness are average.Nice welcome from staff at front desk. They provide standard amenities such as towel, soap, television, water heater etc.

A cosy budget hotel with basic amenities. Location was perfect for us as it was a short walking distance to the mosque where we had iftar and performed terawih prayers. The room was on the 2nd floor. The staircase was a little steep but manageable. There was a restaurant at the ground floor the the food was tasty.

Comfy stay. Easy check in.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Personne à la réception à l'arrivée, et pourtant nous sommes arrivés dans les horaires de check in. Il a fallu téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne. Chambre non entretenue. Murs sales. Lits inconfortables et "bricolés" : l'un était creux, l'autre penchait d'un côté. Le matelas était posé sur un autre matelas, donc pas de stabilité. Juste un drap dessous et une sorte de couvre-lit fin et qui gratte pour se couvrir. Le sol de la salle de douche est en permanence trempé à cause d'une fuite d'eau non réparée. Tout est rafistolé dans cette chambre. J'ai lu que l'hôtel avait été rénové en 2020 : qui peut croire ça ? Ce qui fonctionnait bien : la clim.
