Ulasan Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention

This is my 2nd time in this hotel! This time I got a good and clean bedroom! The size is just perfect for me!

I had a fantastic stay at Sahid Hotel Batam! The facilities are top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service truly stood out — the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, providing a perfect balance of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend Sahid Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

Last minute book this hotel as it is located near batam center terminal. Price is cheap. Security and reception are friendly.

Not a bad hotel with gym and swimming pool . Near to batam center ferry terminal. But only one small shop near the hotel . Showering water might leak out a little due to low flooring . Elderly might need to take note .

Bed is very comfortable! Breakfast spread not alot but the food is very tasty!

Location is 7 mins from batam center. Choice of break fast are limited. Its served cold porridge and noodles soup. If need driver to hop around places can engage the hotel friendly driver

When Trip.com moved its Asia office, numerous unethical prejudices were inflicted similar to other Asian tourism companies. Furthermore: compromised choice of room type, religious discrimination and availability of hotels. There’s less than ten hotels of 5km radius from port or harbour? Staying at this hotel was similar to many where privacy is violated of people entering the room, slander or insults received from hotel staff or guests while intrusion of sounds similar to political ideologies of groups. My NGO colleague informed that besides drinking water in hotel that could be poisoned similar to food: some guests could use radioactive waves to inflict pain and worse. Deception of hotel further include different address or numerous, number of people in hotel to devices triggering pain. These occurred at previous and proceeding hotel and in parts this hotel (view photo of devices to actual people and sanctioned of availability) This room seemed ok but lacked basic needs of hot water in toilet, safe air cooling while because of prejudices, hatred and regret to places are felt while walking to some parts, immediate “sweaty and palpitations felt”.

Totally Happy!I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and making me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was smooth and quick. will repeat again very very soon! 🩷

So far all good, stay here several times and no issue. But this time the hot water are not stable, need wait so long before hot water are available.

Overall it was good, near Batam Ferry Terminal. Nice location to everywhere, opposite of Hotel got Massages and restaurants for supper.

Service tip top especially the porter and door man. Very friendly and always great and offer assistance. Reception staff polite and not much hassle. Condition of the room at tower A already run down. Need upgrading.

Recomend to the one who have family.. Very comfort.. The staff very friendly. Clean and good location.. Near to attractions
