This is a cheap, basic hotel. It is pretty solid. It was clean and nice. The "balcony" view is pretty exaggerated as it just looks at the neighboring building (you look at a wall). There is a nice Thai food restaurant right next to it along with a few massage shops. Not that far from the beach, you can definitely walk. 7/11 is close and nearby. The service was good. The front desk staff was friendly and quickly gave me a rundown of how to operate the facilities. This hotel is good for the price and has a good location. I would book here again at the right price :) Pictures of nearby road to the beach.

Nice clean hotel. The room is big and the bed is good. Nothing fanciful but it’s comfortable.  Location is good. Not too noisy but within walking distance to all food, massages & beach.

Had an excellent stay!! Friendly staffs and clean rooms. It is located at the prime location and all required ameneties are nearby including money exchange, 7/11, spa, food etc..and its budget friendly too!!!

Thai Siam was a convenient budget stay that we enjoyed. We were within walking distance of the beach and the main party road, although it took about 20 minutes to walk to either. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, including a food market just a block away. We never felt that it got too noisy at night which was a major concern of ours. We booked excursions through get your guide and were able to be picked up directly at the hotel. We also used grabs to visit nearby attractions like Freedom Beach, which was very easy. There were also taxi stands just outside the hotel which made getting around very easy. The hotel had a rooftop pool which we never even got around to checking out, as well as a downstairs bar in the open-air lobby. The front desk was receptive and helpful to all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay here.

It was just as I expected, clean, great staff and a fantastic location. I've stayed in Patong 8 times this year and will be back next week.

Location is excellent , it’s close to a Market . You can walk to the beach You can walk to bangla road . It’ was a good place to stay - they don’t provide tooth brushes , or small towels to be aware of that

The place is great. Friendly staff, clean and very close to the food market, like 3 minutes of walking. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Considering how loud the outside is, the noise is pretty noticeable in the hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is the TV. We got the old Katod-tube LG TV. However, we didn't spend much time at the hotel so this wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend this place.
