The location is good but everything else is below average. You can hear everything your neighbour says, and the bath tub doesn't work.

Anyone choosing this hotel will be pleasantly surprised, I couldn’t fault it. The cleanliness, food and drink were all very good. I had read a review that said the food was not hot enough and this is a fact but in a hot country they may not want it piping hot. The variety and quality of the food was the best I have had in a 4* package deal. The curtesy bus was a godsend and I used it everyday to go to Palma Nova to swim in the sea. If you feel adventurous and want to find the local beach, good luck. I found it eventually (it had little going for it) but couldn’t find my way back. After a very hot lengthy search I gave up and got a taxi (3.45 €) I had no trouble being served at the bar and was quickly served in the dining room which is waiter service. I would most definitely choose it again.

The location of the Hotel is very good, however the walls are very thin, which makes it difficult to sleep as you can hear everything. The wifi is terrible and we experienced periods without warm water. Based on the location I would recommend this hotel, but otherwise it has flaws.

Location - brilliant, close to La Rambla. Room was small but had everything we needed apart from coffee in the room. The noise was an issue for us and could hear guests coming in at all hours in the morning. In the morning you can hear the cleaners shouting to eachother from 8:30am.

They did not clean our sheets in the 3 nights we stayed. The beds are hard rollaway beds. No kettle or tea and coffee facilities at all. We asked for an iron and they have one which they said we need to wait for someone else to finish using it, never brought it up we had to go down and take it and bring it back down. Walls are thin enough to hear someone in the next room. I complained at check out mainly for them not changing our sheets and the man at reception shrugged his shoulders like he couldn’t care less, then proceeded to charge me 30cents for a local call to a restaurant. Unbelievably rude and terrible experience all round Do not stay here

It’s in no way a 5* stay but great as a basic stay and a really good location. Rooms aren’t the biggest but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom’s seem to be recently refurbished. We stayed on a 2nd floor exterior facing standard room and the noise could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper and like to keep windows/balcony door open like us. Bring earplugs though and you’ll be fine. Great housekeeping team too. As a final point, absolutely ZERO point in adding a hotel breakfast. You’re literally next to one of the most amazing food markets I’ve been too and close by are some amazing bakeries and coffee shops.

We had a room in the penthouse which was large and filled with lots of character! The location is amazing as it is just off Las Ramblas but that didn’t mean it was noisy. Breakfast was really good too. We really enjoyed using it as a base for exploring Barcelona.
