Great hotel to stay if you’re travelling with family. We came as a couple during valentine day and i have requested for special request of some flower decorations, however we received a rose instead which is even better. Really appreciate the staff putting effort to arrange the rose in our room. Room is spacious and bed is soft. There is a mall within walking distance and a supermarket too. We will definitely come back for our next trip.

The hotel was a great stay when we finally got there. Although we had initially booked 5 nights, we only 2 because one person received visa late from the embassy and travel was delayed. We tried to appeal to the hotel to make changes but the booking was quite inflexible and we would have to give up the room we booked and pay more money for modifications. So , we opted to just keep the original booking. With that being said, the onsite service was great, breakfast was good and had variety . The overall service was great from the staff to help us book some of our tours and cabs. Would definitely go back but with caution by booking with insurance.

The best hotel experience so far, it was a whole new level of hospitality. We have been on a trip to Vietnam and the Thailand for over 2 weeks of time and stayed at over 10 different hotels during our trip. Shama yen has been the best one so far in terms of satisfaction, we stayed at 2 other hotels in Bangkok, where one of them was almost the same price, but not as good as Shama yen. The hotel building is a complex located not too far from the central area of Bangkok, you can get there easily from the nearest railway station with a taxi or Grab within 200 THB depending on the busy hours. The room that we stayed in was very spacious, even had a small kitchen area with dining table and sofa, and lots of amenities. I think they have washing machines in the bigger rooms (we saw them on the balconies when we were swimming in the outdoor pool, which was also clean and nice.) Although our room did not have a washing machine, they have a very nice laundry room that is self-service for free, we used it to dry our clothes. What we really liked was that the room had multiple lightnings options to set up the mood depending on your preferences and a big closet area in the bathroom to store your luggages. They provided everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was unable to connect your phones to the smart TV in our room, we wanted to watch a movie, tried both Netflix and screenshare, neither worked, we ended up watching movie on our phone instead. Thank you again for your kind service.

Nice breakfast. But the location of the hotel is not close to the MRT. And it doesn’t offer shuttle bus services during weekend.

Room was clean and spacious. Would recommend if you prefer a slightly quiet area from the busy road

From the moment you check in till the moment you check out, the hotel and its staff satisfy everything you need. The room was huge and great, the bathroom was great with hot and cold water. Although there is no nearby bts but you can always take a bolt or just explore the area. I would also to thank Bank, Ami & Bird for assisting me with my checking out, I requested for a later check out at 1pm as I wasn't feeling too good and Ami was really nice about it and allowed it. Also Bank for helping with the storing of luggage while I went out to grab a late lunch. 5 stars for everything, I would definitely recommend Shama Yen Akat for anyone who wants a stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Good day. I would like to leave a review of the hotel. In fact, the hotel is good, comfortable rooms, a good restaurant downstairs with delicious breakfasts. But I am giving a bad rating to draw the manager's attention and reach out to the management. All 4 and 5 star hotels should have regulations on how to communicate and interact with hotel guests. So, if a guest makes a remark to the reception staff, they should, according to the regulations, apologize and make the client feel comfortable. In this hotel, when you make a remark to the staff, they do not apologize, but start arguing and explaining their position and communicating rudely with emotion. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable. After contacting the general manager, she also did not apologize and did not admit the mistake. Please listen to this higher management. This is unacceptable.

Perfect hotel for someone who has been to the city before and does not care to be in the middle of the hustle and tourist hot spots. It was a great place to return to after running my daily errands of quick shopping trips and medical appointments. Will be returning again and again.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it’s very clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel. i almost didn’t notice there were pets roaming around. the bathroom is huge, especially the shower. but i feel that it might actually be too big. the shower space extends way further than the water can reach. would be nice to put a bench or even another shower head on the other side. service here was also great. the staff was warm and friendly, willing to provide suggestions on what to do in the area. convenience was a bit of an issue as the hotel is quite far from any attractions or main road/bts station. i knew that when i booked, so i can’t dock them for that. another downside is that i arrived during the weekend and their shuttle service does not operate during that time. thus i had to opt for the ride/walk combo to the bts station. breakfast here is also decent. enough variety and decent quality.

Although the hotel is a bit far off from the city center area, the room was good and totally worth the price you paid. Will definitely recommend it

It‘s a very nice hotel with good service. The laundry room is free of charge and the pool/fitness facilities were clean. The room with balcony doesn’t have a great view but it was facing the sunset which was beautiful.
