I am very satisfied. Whether it is picking up from the terminal or the light rail station, it is very punctual and fast. The breakfast service was warm, considerate and friendly. Staying for two days made me feel like a home away from home.

Close to the airport, convenient location, airport bus available. The facilities are average. There is no kettle in the room and no mineral water is provided. You have to go to the first floor to get it. Breakfast was very poor and juice was charged separately. The front desk service attitude is average.

We arrived at Baltimore Airport at around 1 a.m., called the front desk to reserve a free shuttle bus, and waited for about ten minutes. The next day, the shuttle bus driver was very nice and sent us directly to the Hertz car rental office at the airport. Breakfast in the lobby on the first floor is $9.9, and the service is also very good.

The airport shuttle bus is free but needs to be booked in advance. It’s best to go directly to the hotel’s website to call, the driver’s service attitude is very good
