Ulasan Rembrandt Residences Bangkok

Kamarnya luas dan pemandangannya bagus. Letaknya strategis sehingga mudah untuk bergerak.

Kamar keluarga yang saya pesan memiliki dua kamar tidur dan satu ruang tamu. Kamarnya sangat besar dan sangat cocok untuk wisata keluarga. Pelayanan hotelnya juga bagus. Ada kolam renang di lantai bawah.

Sebelum tiba, hubungi staf dengan beberapa pertanyaan dan mereka menjawab dengan cukup cepat dan efisien~ Begitu tiba di saat hujan lebat dan larut malam, agak sulit untuk menemukannya, bahkan dengan navigasi. Itu karena rambu luar tidak dinyalakan/tidak ada lampunya. Meskipun udaranya berbau musky, setelah menyesuaikan AC, ruangan itu cukup rapi. Seperti yang telah dibaca sebelumnya, tidak ada sikat gigi atau pasta gigi yang disediakan sehingga harus disiapkan terlebih dahulu! Meja depan sangat membantu ketika kunci kartu saya perlu diaktifkan kembali serta melampaui dan membantu membuat reservasi!

Kamar bersih yang luas. Dekat dengan BTS dan MRT dan toko-toko besar. ATM di lokasi. Pelayanan secara konsisten sangat baik, sangat merekomendasikan.

Easy to find in a very convenient location. Although rooms were a bit tired it’s still good bang for your buck.

A very nice hotel on Sukhumvit road opposite terminal 21. Staff are nice and accomodating to a high standard with customers With secure underground parking with convenient access to the hotel via the lift. Very good room service.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff was so friendly and made sure I was provided with everything I needed. They room service is excellent. The hotel is in a good location with everything around (restaurants, bars and convenient stores). I really had a great stay here.

This hotel has two buildings. The Hotel and Suite has long term residence. The gym, sauna, and restaurants are in the other Hotel. The Suite has its own swimming pool. It's near the new shopping mall EMSphere. It has a skywalk bridge to connect to the other two shopping malls. It is also near shopping mall Terminal 21 where you can find a light rail and metro station. Many message shops nearby.

The building and room is quiet old, but the location is very good. You can walk to the middle of Sukhumvit. Lots of street food around here.

It’s a Rembrandt Residence not Hotel So they had several room type, lower floor had old-style room and decoration (looks like 90s) very dark inside and noisy AC… (No kitchen????) They changed my room to higher one, hmm so much better it was brighter and newer look! (Has kitchen) I actually didn’t know why the same room type having the different room style.

The biggest advantage about this hotel is the location. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is quite friendly and usually tries to help. That’s where the positive aspects slowly fade. The hotel is old and needs renovation badly. Pretty much all of our complaints needed at least two calls to be processed, if they even were. At some point we stopped complaining because we knew it wouldn’t help. Three spot lights in our room are broken and, even after repair, fail again. Some of them make arking sounds when switched on. The TVs had some aftermarket remotes that didn’t work properly or didn’t even have batteries on installed before we complained. The smart TV services don’t work again because the TVs are too old and/or their software is too outdated to be updated again. The technician never showed up again after confirming the issue. The glass table in our room has broken edges all around and is a potential injury hazard. Some windows don’t close properly so noise from the AC compressors bleed into the room. The ACs are loud in general. A lot of the furniture is run down in general. Towel holder is hanging loose on the wall. Some dodgy wiring on the closet lighting that is just secured by electrical tape. Dirty windows all around from both, inside and outside. The list goes on and I forgot a lot but I really hope the hotel will take these concerns seriously because the building really has some potential.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The dtaff is very friendly, breakfast is also very good. Different choices western and asian food. AC was very loud.

The location is convenient. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is clean . Will come back again

My stay at Rembrandt Suites was a good experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The buffet breakfast has a good choice of breakfast selections to choose from. The bed was very comfortable for me to sleep on considering my history of back pain problems. It was monly a 15 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the sky train system. All things considered, Rembrandt Suites was sn excellent choice to stay ay for the money.
