Lokasi bagus sekitar 7 menit berjalan kaki ke bts, Staf ramah dan membantu. Dibandingkan dengan hotel antarbenua lainnya, kamar hotel, gym, dan kolam renang ini lebih kecil, dan variasi sarapannya juga lebih sedikit.

Senang saya menginap di sini! Masih sangat baru! Layanan hebat! Kecewa karena tidak menemukan sauna tetapi tetap bersenang-senang.

IC terburuk yang pernah ada. Butuh waktu empat jam untuk mendapatkan kunci dan kamar yang tepat. Saya harap semua orang menghindari jebakan ini dan jangan datang ke rumahnya untuk menghukum diri sendiri🙏🏻

Location is convenient at thonglor, 5 minutes walk from bts. All the staff are well trained and attentive. Room is not very spacious and too close to nearby buildings, bed is comfortable. Gym on 32th floor is relatively small, can only accomodate around 5 persons but have a good view of the city. Swimming pool outside is relaxing and size is okay. Breakfast has cook to order eggs, noodles and drinks. Food quality is generally of high standard but cakes and pastries are a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heater worked perfectly, making it a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, with the hotel being very close to Phrom Phong station, which makes getting around a breeze. However, if you're planning to travel with transport like grab/bolt car, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. The alley leading to the hotel can take up to 20 minutes to navigate from the street end to the entrance, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Aside from that, it's a solid option for anyone using public transport!

The room is not clean properly, we have to asked the staff to come and clean it for us. The TV is not working properly, end up we have to change the room in the mid-night.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. But the size is a bit smaller than I expected.

The check-in process was way too long which took us more than 30 mins in the afternoon. The hotel is right next to BTS and main road so it is noisy at night. Overall i think you could find better choices at this price level in Bangkok. The breakfast is okay.

Worse hotel I have ever meet … rejected my refund request even showing that we had to cancel our trip because of health problems, included prove of that , didn’t care … I had to give away for free my booking .

Rooms were stinking and service was very poor
