I have stayed here before and it was okay. I planned this trip and became ill and prepaid but could not travel to being ill and they didn’t refund one cent of the over $200 I paid

The floors needed to be shampooed. The hotel hallways smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and towels were uncomfortable. The shower head was worse than a best western. There wasn’t a coffee maker. The tv was large and new but wasn’t a smart TV to access any streaming services. And there wasn’t any room service or a booklet with hotel and restaurant info. For the price, I expected more. I could have payed the same price for a better hotel. It served its purpose though.
