"excellent hotel. Great service
the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception(deep) were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

Hotel is under renovation and it is not mentioned while booking. There was no staff available to help us with luggage.

I had booked a queen size bed. But what was available was a combined twin bed. The room was a smoking room although i didn’t request for one. The breakfast also had very less variety

Each time placed dinner they ensured to remind it’s complimentary hotel room is nightmarish as washroom broken. Dirty so oooh i ran out by 10:15 in morning. Food is brought from local vendors not from kitchen that too at their terms.

Well it says it is a boutique hotel but it is nowhere close to one, feeling cheated as I have to deal with extremely poor service every day, cleanliness is a big question mark, room linen is of poor quality and stained, you come back from work and your room is not done, then you keep chasing them to clean, there is no concept of hand towels in this hotel so you use the bath towel, there was just one soap and because on requesting them for an extra bottle of water they said they will charge I went out and bought my own soap, their senior people responsible (property manager) does not want to take your calls......so just waiting for this ordeal to get over. Dinner in the room served without a plate, breakfast (omelette) served in a side plate with a teaspoon, no toast, no butter, on requesting they brought out fake butter (nutralite) and then argued that this is real butter, all basics of "guest service" in this hotel are compromised. Black listing it for me and my office !

I had visited this place before also but this time the place was not maintained properly there was no towel, water bottle, and there was no staff except the receptionist, and he was taking very long time to get all the supplies to the room. Staff has to be changed.
