I had gone solely one day and one night. First when i had called ahead they had no booking then when I reached there they wanted me to pay the full amount at checkin itself which was very weird since in hotels one pays at checkout.After a bit of negotiation they agreed to cancel my tata neu booking, and booked me afresh to help me avail my tata employee discount. Which was not given. I wanted an early breakfast which also they refused and charged me for it. Then when we went upin the lift it stank, even the to the rooms stank and the AC as well as the fan were not working. So I requested for another room which was only slightly better than the previous one in the sense that the AC was functional, but it wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room. So when i went to lie in the bed i received no cooling of the AC. The linen in the room wasn't clean either. I had requested a queen bed i recieved two twin beds. The latch of the door was also broken. The bathroom tiles were broken.The plug points for charging were not functional either. Hot water was not available till 6 in the morning by which it was too late for me as i had to be at a place at 6. The staff at the front desk were clearly clueless and it seemed that they weren't willing to help us. At checkout they didn't even give me a bill. So all in all if you want to go to Ginger IRR.DON'T. they have very poor service.basically lacking in any services a hotel can offer.Book at your own risk.
