Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall

Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

Good hotel clean near shopping mall

Its a very Good Hotel towards the east of Bangalore, very well maintained, and great service, great rooms, Just that we cant get GUBER OR OLA from that place, The traffic is crazy, if you get stuck in there some times you might miss the flight, so i suggest you start at least 5 hours before your international departure

It was a great expirience in the hotel. Very confortable stay. Tge staff is very professional and kind. The Chef Ashok is a verygood chef and take of our wonderfull breakfast every day. He is very kind. The dosa that he made for us was special and delicious. The Spa Tattiv is another wonderful expirience. The terapists are very good and kind. I will Nneves forget my stay there and will came back.

Very aromatic environment at the reception, warm welcome, very friendly, supportive, abd kind.

Thanks to Alisha and Melisha at the front desk, we got upgraded to an executive room. The staff is courteous and makes sure your needs are met to your satisfaction. The swimming pool is a bit small but its fine. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous. Excellent stay

Amazing stay! Fabulous room and it was my first time solo for official purpose. I felt comfort and safe. They have an amazing service. Special thanks to Rakesh for the in room service. Mamatha & Alisha from front desk were so caring & helpful & assisted me in getting my comfort room.

This is one of the best stay I had in the recent quarter… Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful anytime you ring. Total hotel ambiance is great and feel so good… Morning flute session is so refreshing… Staff mainly Kaushik, Alisha and Mamtha have treated very well… Thanks to them Looking forward to stay soon again

Great ambience. Wide range of options in food. Great music. Especially the fish cake and mutton biryani was delicious. Desserts were over the top. Sandip & Sanjita's service was really good. Staff were very friendly and tge service was quick.
