Good room and stay. Didn't get fresh towels. No towels at all. Restaurant was good. Location is good

There was no power, some issue with power backup. Sleep was very disturbing, you hear people walking around your room and stairs

There was no power for almost 3hrs in the room at night on frequent complaints they rectified but the entire night couldn't sleep was a terrible stay and requested for one hour late check out at the time of check in afternoon receptionist was very rude and again i made a request at night the night shift person agreed and was very good at his response but afternoon person again he called at 12 asking to check out. Overall, it was not worthy staying the brand of royal orchid is not been maintained. No water bottle complimentary had kept not a satisfied stay. No one apologized for the power issues that they have got in the property they just ignored

I checked in late night around 1:30. The rooms and the washroom were clean. No assistance was there to take the luggage. Also the washroom has no hand shower so i had to ask them to get me a shower cap which was provided late. The breakfast was ok but they sharp close it at 10:30 am. The banquet person was rude. Otherwise, overall a pleasant stay for the price offered.

Actually the stay is good but the staff is not responsible i believe. I was asked to check out immediately confusing me for some other customer. I asked them to check the booking id as this was frustrating as some called again to hotel to say that my booking is completed. I had to recheck once again. Stay is clean and good.

Worst stay tis time. They have some issues with powerbackup. 4 times power dropped and when current goes off, they took 20mins ~40mins to get back power using generator. Such a disturbed stay
