It was nice stay but location was difficult to find it was not able to find properly as mentioned by them in their app so people can come to know about their place

I had booked a room and paid on ******* website. The property owner did not give my aged parents a room to stay. He was disrepectful even after my father showed him the receipt of payment. My parents had to walk around and find another place to stay after a long journey.

While booking hotels kindly consider the persons special request if comes early means they have to be considered and if they considered means the persons who visited early didn't to pay xtra cost to hotel. As per my experience in hotel behavior of staff is not up to the mark. Room clean is not good.

The worst experience. We didn't check in but had paid the money beforehand. When due to a medical emergency we wanted to cancel the booking and the hotel refused to give atleast partial refund. Worthless place.
