I must say I always stay in 5 star however this hotel service was truly like 5 * welcoming staff makses one stay very comfortable Special thanks to Donkumarha housekeeping took care of room and extremely polite . Made sure room is well maintained and kept in mind my needs of extra tea sugar etc. When the staff smiles and serves makes one stay special and happy. Thank you again

The premises is super clean. Rooms have all the comfort and the food options are plenty. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of spread and the very crispy and fully mulbagal dosa is not to be missed. The highlight though of this hotel is the staff. Everybody is striving to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, right from the valet to Soumya at the reception and Sandhya Pai being physically present to oversee the thorough cleaning of the room. I recommend this hotel for it's amenities and mostly because of the amazing staff.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. We had great experience.

Overall it was a good stay experience for 3 nights and 4 days. Front office and housekeeping staff are lightning fast in guest service. Breakfast at guff a outlet is good, except the dark bar lighting which will take our morning energy.

Excellent by all means ! very clean and very hospitable! while having breakfast, the lady incharge could not see our package which included breakfast and their food and beverages manager immediately said ‘no problem’ and was very kind and always smiling and told us not to worry and enjoy breakfast ! very decent and huge nice hotel!

Location is centre of city, property is comfortable. Food andhra ruchulu epic of hotel. Issue i have faced no control on hot water mixture. Hotel team couldn't able to fix. Rest hotel stay would be memorable.

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms were cozy and clean and recently renovated I guess. However, there is serious issue with noise from another room or corridor. I could hear the snoring noise from neighbouring room and could not sleep properly. They have 3 restaurants which are amazing.
