Centrally located in Bangalore with a sprawling view of bangalore turf club. Rooms were clean and spacious.

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great location and beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was so exceptional. It was clean stylish, room with excellent service . Room itself was well equipped even though breakfast was so delicious and the staff was so friendly .Me and my family was very pleased with stay. I hope to be back with my family for a longer visit in the future.

Great Customer Service all round. Ronita Koch as Relation Manager was amazing. Navigator Harsitha was brilliant addressing guest needs. And finally Senti in Lush cafe who delivered amazing coffee every morning. Definitely plan to return to Renaissance during my future visits to Bangalore.

After a long flight and reaching Bangalore late evening we finally decided to book this hotel without any hesitation it being a Marriott property. Well trust me it was the best decision staying here for 2 nights..to begin with checkin process was extremely smooth all thanks to my only POC Ms Sristy till my entire stay. She was extremely approachable, helpful and upgraded our room upon request. Our room was on a higher floor , spacious, spotless and that amazing race course view. A special thanks to bell boy Afnas , housekeeping staff Budda , hotel security at the entrance and the entire restaurant team I've never seen such a prompt service and helpful staff in any of my past stays at Marriott properties. Breakfast spread was fantastic!! Many thanks to Sir Chef Jai Prasad for his recommendation on what to try out from that scrumptious spread. Be it buffet or ala carte all meals were yummylicious!!! Thanks to the entire team and Renaissance Bangalore ensuring your guests have a relaxing stay without any complaints. A special thanks to Sristy for all her kind gestures , keeping in touch throughout my stay , well I can say this stay wudnt have been the best without her help and follow ups. Looking forward to having best stays like this one at the renaissance bangalore in future. Kudos team 👏
