The Bali Shanti

This is the gem in Ubud center, the location is just five minutes walk to Ubud center but you are like staying in the quietness of nature. They have four rooms and each is separated. Small swimming pool for four rooms is more than enough. The view is gorgeous, all rooms are facing the jungle,small river and all greenery. They do have car park and it makes easier for those who drive and still want to stay in remote surroundings. The rooms are great size with fridge, roomy bathroom and the water power is extreme strong. They are two bigger rooms with kitchen and bathtub. The reception is not 24 hours but just let them know if you are checking in after 10 PM as there are one security staff looking after the villa. The breakfast choice is limited,but very good such as toast and pancake. Rooms have kettle,tea and coffee with two small bottle of drinking water. If you like to spend more time inside than outside,then this hotel is the best choice. You can sit at your own terrace facing the jungle and reading your favourite books or enjoy your hot yummy breakfast watching the nature. At the corner of hotel entrance there is a small restaurant named “Hang Out Kitchen”, a family owned restaurant that cook very good food and local price. Walking to the main road of Ubud is just five minutes. Certainly a big option of foods in the center. Highly recommend if you want nature and quietness but still a stone throw to the center.
