Great location, cute staff, nice design. I really enjoyed and will probably be coming back again. I would suggest to exchange all the towels and bath robes for the new ones, cause feels like these ones have been used for many years… they look old and a bit grey. Also the promised rice fields view - the reason why I booked the most expensive room - is not actually there. Because there is a construction going on and they put a fence instead. Would be nice to warn guests about this too. Everything else was perfect

Kami tinggal di hotel yang indah ini bersama seluruh keluarga kami untuk reuni keluarga pasca-Covid. Kami memesan suite Nirvata, bersama dengan kamar raja dan kembar Sukhata. Semua kamar dan suite kami menghadap ke kolam renang dan sawah. Rasanya seperti kami menginap di vila besar. Suite-nya indah dan bersih. Layanannya luar biasa. Kami memiliki liburan keluarga yang paling berkesan! Nilainya pasti sepadan selama seminggu penuh kami di AmantraNa.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days during our trip to Canggu (rated as 5 star on ***********). We have come to realise that ‘5 star’ in Bali is not necessarily so. We were greeted warmly by the lovely staff and our trim was located in one of the top rooms above the pool. The room was spacious and clean with a great en-suite. The balcony was fabulous but as the end room they need to put up a screen as we were exposed to next door (which was not pretty). The bed was comfortable, however the pillows we struggled with somewhat (hard). The bathroom features a huge tub which we both used (sometimes at the same time) and rain shower. Water was piping hot! Everything was in great working order and the air conditioning/ fan fully functioning . The TV is a smart TV, but channels are limited. Sadly there was very limited storage for clothing (we didn’t bother to unpack). All the staff were wonderfully welcoming, friendly, efficient and honest; we appreciated the hospitality. The pool is fantastic for laps and very clean and well kept. It overlooks the ricefields and coconut trees, where there are an abundance of frogs and geckos. There is no gym or spa. We experienced a huge thunderstorm, nothing leaked - bonus! The breakfast you order the day before as there is no kitchen on site. It was nice, however my second breakfast was incomplete. The minibar could have been better stocked too. My husband accidentally broke a glass (in the dark) that had been placed next to the sink tap. We had to pay for it (just a heads up). The towels and robes have seen better days and should be replaced with new ones at this point. There is no gym/spa. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we would recommend this ‘3 star’ hotel, just be aware of the above.

We are one week into our stay which we’ve extended for another week. We might never leave! We are located in one of the bottom rooms next to the pool, with a shared lounge room and kitchen. The room is five star. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are excellent. The bathroom features a huge tub which we really use because the pools there and a rainwater shower. Everything is in great working order and the air conditioning and fan is exceptional. The TV is a smart TV (so I’ve been able to stream a few cheeky shows from my native land) there is good storage for clothing, with a great laundry straight across the road. But of course above all the staff here are wonderfully welcoming, friendly, efficient at fixing things when they might go wrong, and simply lovely to be around. The pool(s!) are cool And overlook the ricefields and coconut trees where a family of squirrels keeps our youngest on her toes.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The bathroom is very unique with jungle vibe (spot the beautiful mask in between the plants! GORGEOUS!). The breakfast can be served in the bedroom which is the BEST ASPECT OF THIS HOTEL. The service is topnotch, shoutout to Meida, Nindya and Yola. I can write two paragraphs about this hotel haha. The conclusion is that this might be the best hotel in Canggu! Can't wait to come back with my boyfriend!
