Shanti Natural Panorama View Hotel

Our last-minute decision to spend New Year’s Eve somewhere peaceful turned out to be one of the best choices we have made. We wanted to avoid the usual parties and, even worse, the traffic chaos heading to them! So, we randomly opened the Bali map, searched for available hotels, and booked directly with this resort It’s rare for me to find a place where I can’t point out any faults, but this was one of those occasions. Perhaps it’s a good omen for the year ahead! The journey up north was nice, with a few stops to enjoy the scenery and try some local dishes. When we arrived, we were quite surprised . The resort is perched overlooking a serene valley, surrounded by lush greenery—peaceful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Though the resort has been open for 10 years (as the staff told me ) it’s incredibly well-maintained. The landscaping is flawless, the rooms are charming and functional, the beds are comfortable, and the pool overlooking the valley is simply perfect. The food? It won’t win any culinary awards, but it’s well-prepared, simple, and satisfying. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. With only 11 rooms and no restaurants nearby, guests tend to dine in-house, making for a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and the menu offers enough variety to keep everyone happy. Overall, this was a great find—a true serendipity. Thank you to the team for the exceptional service. I’m happy to recommend this resort and will certainly return the next time I need a break to recharge and breathe.

Easy to find the location in Google Maps and the place is huge. You can do a 3-hour trek with a local guide for around 400k per person where you will enjoy 4 waterfalls and the blue lagoon with a quality swimming time. The waterfalls are walking distance from Shanti Hotel and all around you are surrounded by stunning views, green mountains and rice fields. You could sit in the restaurant and listen to the gentle sound of the waterfalls and birds as you relax. • Round the clock staff who are responsible for this make sure that all areas of the hotel meet its quality of cleanliness, rooms are cleaned everyday by default and if you require privacy and the room to be untouched, you have to let the front desk informed in the morning. • During Ramadan, breakfast buffet is not offered, however they have 4 set menus that you can order from. They do serve Lunch and Dinner as well and their food is delicious. • All the rooms are bungalow type rooms that are scattered all over the property. They have an infinite pool with a great view. • All rooms had an unlimited water, tissues, body-wash, liquid soap and shampoo. However, they did not have Dental Kit or Sanity Kit. Fresh towels are provided and the shower is in the Bath Tub. This is not as comfortable, since the shower should be held while having a bath and makes the bathroom wet easily. • Tea/coffee or Creamer are not provided in the room. • Every room comes with a spacious bathrooms and Hot/Cold water for showers. Separate safe keeping facility are also available and the WIFI in room is relatively speed. • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel.

We sliepen in de Royal Joglo , dat is een kamer van ongeveer 12x12 meter , een balzaal op zich ! Mooi groot hemelbed , airco en 2 fans aanwezig. Prachtige uitkijk over de vallei , vanuit de infinity poel , heerlijk rustig en schoon . Op het park zelf zit ook een restaurant waar je perfect kan eten. We hebben de 5 watervallen tour gedaan vanuit het hotel.
