Good food, good music, good personal, Ishak very friendly and professional restaurant chef. Swimming pool is also very good! Thank you very much Ramira hotel! A very good place to come back again for a nice holiday!

We got back home yesterday after staying here. First I will start with the positives: Lovely Private Beach, clean hotel, there are shops and restaurants opposite and the staff were friendly, although I had to ask at Reception for beach towels every day which are supposed to be placed by housekeeping daily. I had to ask for bed sheets 5 times and still didn't get them. Now with the negatives. It took 2 and a half hours to arrive from the airport not 1 hour. The beds are not comfortable. they are so hard that I was tossing and turning every night. the duvet blanket, felt like straw. The carpet, dead and old. The shower is so small and old, The wood was chipped and paint spills around the shower. Although this is an all inclusive hotel, the bar on the beach is not free, We ended up having to pay for our drinks on the first day as we did not realise. The only cocktail that the pool bar served was "Sex on the Beach" Food and drinks are meant to be available all day, every day but this was not the case. I went into the restaurant to get some oranges and was told to leave . The exact words were "what do you want? which came across as being really rude. On a couple of occasions the bar was not even available for coke so I ended jumping over and helping myself which was not easy. Upon arrival, after a 4hr flight and 2 and a half hour car transfer we were provided with pizza that tasted like card board. Breakfast is not a full English. No sausages, bacon or beans. They served fries and vegetables for breakfast. We ate pancakes every day as this was our only realistic option. Every day it was the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch was chicken nuggets, terrible beef burgers, cardboard pizza and fries, Evening meals were beef casserole, Fries, fish, and dried out pizza which had no pizza sauce or cheese. They had a big selection of deserts which looked nice but they all tasted the same, very bland. We ended up eating out in the evenings. Evening entertainment was based on small children playing "baby shark" repeatedly. The pictures are deceiving, they only have one pool which is a quarter of the size so basically a pool for kids. Would not recommend or stay here ever again. Turkey is an amazing place so would definitely go again but would stay in this hotel. It is not worth staying all inclusive as what they include is not worth the money.

Ramira Beach Hotel in Alanya, Turkey. Very nice, clean, and the facilities are very good. The beach is just a 10 meters away from your hotel. This is a four star hotel. For the all inclusive offer yes! They do it well. Remember this is not a Five star hotel. The staff are doing their u**ost to meet the needs of their guests. I enjoyed the place and it is close to many Bazaars or to a shopping.

Suuuper nice hotel!! They are very friendly and have good service! Nice and relaxing beach and good drinks and food. The rooms are very nice and clean and theres nothing at all to complain about. We will definitly come back again!

The food was excellent throughout the trip. it was versatile and fresh. The kitchen servants were really cheerful and polite. Full ten points for the kitchen! The reception was also knowledgeable and served well. The green areas were really beautiful and looked well-kept, even though the season is already at the end.

hotel was super cool..i had a lot of fun and the staff members like ishak were so kind & nice they help me find my lost things and supportet my stai a lot. the food was fresh and delliccious..clean beach and always say hello with a smile . i go back next year

I was on vacation in this hotel from October 9 to October 16, 2023. The food was very good, the location was great - the beach was right next to the sea, which is a big plus. What impressed me most was the staff working at this hotel. Everyone is very obliging and helpful. You can always see the smile on their faces and their willingness to help. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, which is another advantage because everyone will find something for themselves. There are plenty of snacks during and between meals, which gives us another advantage. I am very pleased with my holidays and I will definitely come back here next year, or maybe even sooner ;) Thank you to all the people who work in this hotel - whenever I remember you, I will smile and miss you. I stayed in this hotel with my child from 21/08/2023 to 31/08/2023. The hotel is small, there is a swimming pool and one roller coaster. The pool is very small, which was really good, because the child was always swimming in the sea :) The staff at the reception is very helpful, polite, solves all the problems that arose during the vacation. The selection of food is not large, but everything is very tasty, I was really happy that there was a large selection of fruits and vegetables. The room is cleaned daily, clean, everything worked. The entrance to the sea is stony, but the sea is very warm and you can go swimming at the Sunlife Hotel beach. Animation....this is a weak part of the hotel, I liked the darts and gun shooting, the kid liked the children's animator Katia, in the evening there is a mini disco and a show, after which the music is turned off and nothing happens in the hotel, although there are discos in all the surrounding hotels.
