Apartment 505 booked via Agoda / Mont Blanc. Dreadful state. Only 1 duvet/pillows provided (apartment sleeps 4) so sleepless night. Phone calls & emails in 1st 24 hours failed to resolve this. Shower & toilet broken, bathroom radiator rusty & not working. Layers of dust in toilet area. Kettle unusable - no cable. Fridge door storage unusable - shelf missing. Insufficient crockery (only 2 mugs, cups, wine glasses, etc). Underbed drawer full of litter, thick dust & fluff. Floors not cleaned to edges / in corners. Not made clear bed linen & towels not included - got email as we landed at Geneva pointing this out & saying we could rent some - phoned immediately & emailed/phoned several times over next 24 hours, they said they'd sort it, but didn't. Left list of problems on table when we left, also emailed complaint when arrived home - they haven't even acknowledged it let alone apologised or issue a refund. (Only good thing was that the main reception in the building, Pierres et Vacances, very kindly rented us duvets, bed linen & towels, even tho it was not their responsibility). A shame as apartment is well-located, small but basic, serves its purpose. But filthy, tatty & unkempt & booking agency unhelpful & unresponsive.
