2 couples celebrating our 70 years young Booked signature rooms which were lovely The stairs up to the rooms were a challenge for my husband, especially the turn towards the landing The en-suite again was lovely, but no walk in shower, the shower was over the bath, what a struggle to help my husband in an out of the shower, certainly not disabled friendly. Loved the lounge ambiance which was great, cocktails and whisky enjoyed The hotel seemed under staffed, even before a waitress had an accident. The lack of air conditioning was significant, especially with the high tog quilt Overall a lovely small hotel, we had a great time with great friends

Stayed overnight in the main hotel and had dinner. The room was excellent, large comfy bed and well decorated. Dinner was good, the mains were very good but the starter someone forgot to season. Small staff compared to previous visits way better,

We stayed in one of the closey doubles situated in the lodge just next to the main hotel. The food was excellent , staff couldn’t do enough for you, especially Mishi who looked after us through arrival and until we left. He was again very helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic afternoon tea. Made feel most welcome, with nothing a bother. Food top quality and a little bit different and served by excellent and helpful staff, with every member of staff being so pleasant. Will certainly be back to eat at this lovely venue.

We had a surprise party, staff were very helpful with everything. The food and service was incredible. Food was served swiftly and to a high standard, staff again were very attentive with all requests. Would definitely recommend this as a place to visit and will be going back.

My wife and I are just home from a 2 night stay at Cairn Lodge. This place is amazing! The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are great and the food is incredible. However it’s the staff that really make this place what it is. Every one of them were incredibly friendly and they are an absolute credit to the hotel, they really do deserve all the praise. Without a doubt our favourite place we have stayed in Scotland and we will definitely be back. Thanks for making our trip so special! Fraser & Joanne :)

Went for Sunday lunch after receiving a gift voucher for my partner’s 60th birthday. What can I say? The decor looks amazing, classy but relaxing. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and welcoming and the lunch was served in a timely fashion. The food was absolutely delicious, 2 different starters, both amazing, 2 different mains, again both amazing. 1 dessert between us (crème caramel, unbelievably tasty) . Would not hesitate to recommend this establishment.

Afternoon tea,held in the conservatory . Beautiful surrounds, very comfy seating and very friendly service. The food was lovely, a 3 course Afternoon tea however no tea menu, rather it's just your run of the mill teas available. Only recommendation would be to ensure checking in as I asked for another pot of tea which never arrived, so could have checkd in after the desserts arrived for any more drinks as we would have liked more, and waited quite a while till we flagged down for the bill. Staff were lovely though, but working very hard I think.

We made a last minute booking at the Cairn Lodge Hotel to break our long journey. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and everything freshly prepared. Highly recommended and we hope to return when next passing.
