Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown

This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

酒店靠主幹道，貨車，摩託車高速行駛過的噪音很大。要求更換安靜點的房間，前台服務態度惡劣，沒有想給換的念頭。衞生需要特地提醒才會給打掃。就是早餐還算豐富。

The one bedroom suite resembles an apar**ent providing a separation of sleep, dinning, work & relaxation. The staff was awesome. Whenever in Atlanta, I would stay at this property again.

The manager checked us in and it was seamless. When asked about local eating, he was able to make a good variety of restaurant recommendations. The room was very spacious. There were good options for breakfast but the hot food was slightly warm even out of the warmer. Great friendly service.

Bed cover was dirty. The rack and the shower was rusty The mirror in the bathroom was starting to pull away from the glass. There was a crack in the ceiling that looked like it had been leaking.

The property was clean . Best part is that its walking distance from the main attractions in downtown area. Communication could have been better. Also in terms of basic necessities, the room didnt have everything.

All employees that we encountered were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok you had eggs, bacon, hash, fruits, bagels, cereal and French toast/pancakes. We honestly had a really great experience and all activities were in walking distance. Definitely will stay again.

Staff was amazing at this property, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. We were able to walk to the Aquarium and Centennial park. I highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and relaxing. Loved that it had a full kitchen with dishwasher and was a very short walk to the Aquarium.
