Friendly Staff, Free Shuttle, Free Breakfast, Spacious Room, Good location However, Unclean Floor, Not good Shower booth, Dirty Coffee Machine

Ive never stayed at a hotel that did not have a comforter on the bed the bathroom was tiny. I stayed at the Hyatt place in Bayamón Puerto Rico...way better then this. No shuttle..which was advertised. I was a bit embarrassed when me and my wife arrived at this hotel.

Choose the hotel for its location and price however, the area didn't feel very safe despite having security guards that all we could tell ever did was talk to the lady at the front desk. Room was updated and clean. Hugely disappointed with the pull out coach. It was not comfortable for my son to sleep on which was one of the reasons we booked it for the extra bed. Breakfast was good but not enough space to sit and eat. And the parking was very limited. Would choose somewhere else next time.

Enjoyed my stay. It was a convent location for the event I was attending. The breakfast bar was great as well. Will book again if necessary.

Room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 evenings, the staff didn't vacuum the floor and the water pressure for the shower was not great. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

No more breakfast after 9 am! We arrive in the afternoon and the girl told us breakfast since 6:30 to 9:30 am, but we weren't the only surprised, when at 9:15 am everything was empty. Parking 35 usd a day is too much Location excellent

I had a good stay no complaints it was a spacious clean room breakfast was consumable so that was a plus what you see in pictures is just that

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The breakfast was excellent. The only suggestion I have is a little more light or maybe a makeup light in the bathroom area.

I’m going to say that the staff was amazing. The men and woman from the front desk were so pleasant and kind. They answer all of our question. Te room was clean and very spacious. The only thing that I really concern was the area around the property. The street was really alone, with so many homeless. In my experience everything was good except for the area. But I really appreciate everyone that helps us in the hotel. I visited Atlanta with my family and the hotel was the best for that. They also have a buffet breakfast and we enjoy it.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences. The check-in was quick. The hotel itself is very clean. The space is quiet. Put this altogether and it was an incredible place to stay.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. There were fresh towels and washcloths. The bathroom is super small can barely turn around, and the shower drain takes a few seconds to go down, it does go down. The main entrance is well maintained moped, vacuumed and cleaned daily. It was a good stay the staf was very friendly and courteous.

The room was not like the photo and wasn't very nice. Not what I expected from a Hyatt property.

Experience overall was great. There was a lot of noise from machines and heating/ ventilation system on the 9th floor where we stayed.

This was my first time staying and it was for a birthday trip . I will say as soon as I walked in I was so happy the room was nice and clean and spacious omg ! I got a room that viewed the city and I think that was my favorite part especially at night . Pretty good wi-fi compared to other hotels I have been in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was pretty good as well overall . Im from a city area so I pretty much expected what the surroundings of the hotel would be like but it was pretty decent , clean , and quiet. Definitely would come back !
