Ulasan Mercure Urumqi Doowin Wanda Plaza

The hotel is clean and of high standard. We stayed here throughout our trip to Urumqi. The room is clean, with no cigarette smell, and there are convenient washing and drying machines. I would like to thank all the staff for taking great care of us as foreigners, always helping and offering advice, especially Mary, who is lovely and attentive. I will recommend everyone to stay here.

Uramqi Mercure hotel location is perfect. Near by Uramqi Train Station. The building is in Wanda Plaza and it’s very convenient for food and anything you want there. Rooms are bigger and clean. Front desk in 5th floor and very friendly stuff. I will live again my next trip for sure.

The location of this hotel is great, there’s a big mall with plenty of great restaurants just located at the lower floors. Great service from the receptionists too. They are always willing to help, especially a receptionist named Nana. She gave us some information what to do in Urumqi and helped us with our food takeaway orders.

Very clean with very good service. Amenities are sufficient but not the fullest but bear in mind this is a four star hotel that sometime makes me think it's a five. Room size is generous. You can skip on ropes if desire or P`etanque. Overall recommended.

Location is excellent with close access to supermarket. Separate shower room and toilet. Reception is very helpful. Housekeeping does a good job.

Receptionist Ms. 李晒买 provides excellent service, other crews are also friendly and polite. Hotel is new, equipped with smart technology and has adequate space. It is also linked to Wanda Mall. Overall, a good stay. 李晒买前台小姐姐服务周到, 其他酒店人员也都彬彬有礼。酒店很新，配备了小度智能技术，空间宽敞。它与万达广场相连，总体来说是一次不错的住宿体验，可以安心入住。

The hotel is very much in the City Center and therefore convinient for traveler. The breakfast offers a lot of local and Chinese options.

Great location, easy to catch taxi, eating, shopping. Clean and convenient. But staff forgot to check out for my friends on system, until other hotel call to ask.

Simply excellent! Clean, spacious, wonderful staff. Truly a top notch hotel. For sightseeing I would recommend getting a Didi/cab. That is the only thing

good location but difficult to access the hotel for check in. Other services are just ok.
