When we arrived at the place, the boys told us that they sold the room we booked already and they tried to get another room in other place I didn’t agree to us which I didn’t think it’s right thing to behave like that in the tourism business

借靠近市中心的優勢，欺騙消費者在攜程上訂房並付全款不可退，到後告知無房，轉送到郊區環境，房屋設施狠差的酒店，可恨。

ทำเลดี ไม่มีลิฟ ไวไฟบางห้องไม่ถึง

จองไปแล้ว พอไปเช็คอินบอกว่าห้องเต็ม ย้ายเราให้ไปนอนโรงแรมเก่ามาก น่ากลัว โรงแรมเงียบไม่มีคนเลย มีแค่พนักงานเฝ้าคนเดียว สภาพและบรรยากาศคือน่ากลัวมาก

도착하기 직전 방이 없다고 메일이 왔습니다 다른 숙소로 가라고 연락이 왔던데 그 숙소가 나름 괜찮아서 만족했네요

I just had strange experience with Mixok Inn receptionist, her name was "Phun" or something like that. I contacted her because I needed a room for myself for three nights (I was designing my visa run from Thailand to Laos) and I asked her about room availability. She replied there is a single room available, so I preliminaly agreed to book it. Subsequently I asked for three details- what size of bed is in the room (I am 2 meters tall so I prefer queen bed in which I lie diagonally), if there is Air Conditioning (which I do not need) and if some deposit is required. Even thou I asked about only few things, it was taking longer and longer for Phun to reply. In the end she did not bother to proceed with my booking. What a waste of time and effort. UPDATE: 2 days after I posted my review and 4 (four!) days after my initial attempt for room reservation, receptionist Phun suddenly started to communicate. She tried to pretend nothing has happened and attemted to proceed with the reservation. This was obviously a joke. No receptionist walks away from incomplete booking for 4 days, leaves the customer's request "hanging in the air" with no reply and later pretends everything is OK. I addressed this to Phun and she made up an excuse that she was "busy". Busy for 4 days? It took 4 days for her to write 5 words closure of the booking? To my dismay she killed the conversation by saying that she "does not need customers like me". Well, I will not force myself to "her" hotel. No more Mixok.

If anybody wants to stay in Vientiane, please avoid this terrible and disgusting hotel. I booked a single room from 18 May 2023 to 19 May 2023 and the room is very dirty, uncleaned bed and dirty smoking smell. When I checked in and I ask the receptionist to change. He can not speak well English and then I asked to talk to the owner or manager, he lied me and switched the phone to other guy at home. I did told him that in Luang Prabang, it was not like this. The hotel in LPB is very clean,staff are supportive and friendly not like him and I can not imagine how uneducated and impolite reply from this guy. He said if I enjoyed LPB then I just go back there to stay and don’t stay in Vientiane and he said I should cancel my reservation through Agoda and he doesn’t care how it will happen next while it was 22:00 local time. Where should I go??? Such a rude way of customer service that I have ever experienced. Inclusion, this is very terrible and not worth staying in Vientiane. Please stay aware of this place.
