Ulasan Hollywood Mirage - Excel Hotels & Resorts

Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

Тараканы!!! Мы жили в номере 3518 с 2 спальнями с видом на океан. Номер старый, мебель старая. В первый вечер из кухонного шкафа выполнен огромный таракан. Мы его убили. У детей был стресс, ночь не спали. На следующий вечер увидели на кухне нового огромного таракана. Таракан убежал. На третий вечер таракан выбежал, когда мы вечером смотрели телевизор и ужинали. Это был стресс. Опять не спали. Жаловались на рецепцию, ругались, писали в поддержку Trip.com. Отель отказывался нас выселять и возвращать деньги. В итоге удалось уехать от них. Из 9 оплаченных ночей, Отель взял с нас за 4 ночи проживания (без сна и в стрессе) и штраф за сутки. Деньги вернули за 4 ночи из 9. Не рекомендую этот отель.

除了蟑螂和小蟲子還有蜘蛛網，馬桶時不時的漏水，退房前一天浴室還水漫金山，因為帶孩子出行選了帶廚房的公寓，3天打掃一次，不會放足夠的垃圾袋和用品，客房服務是24小時的，總的來説不太滿意。

Desayuno genial! No le falta detalle. El estudio muy completo, muy contentas con la elección de este hotel. El personal de recepción un 10! Repetiremos sin dudarlo

The facilities are great, the rooms are good and well equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning, but the stand out thing is that all the staff are very helpful, very nice and very cheery - they work really hard to ensure you have a great stay. We loved our holiday here and would come again.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sea views, and received keys for a 1 bedroom duplex with sea views. If we knew we were going to be walking up and down stairs for too go to bed we would not have booked it and consequently ended setting up the sofa bed downstairs for convenience because there was no availability for a 1 bedroom apartment, very disappointed about that. Otherwise the hotel was very good.

Very good stay. Breakfast nice but not very warm. But only thing i would say is if your mobilty is restricted its very hilly. But I personally would stay again.

Stayed here last minute due to flight issues. The staff were so pleasant and the whole complex had a lovely warm atmosphere about it. Our apartment was a duplex apartment and had an amazing sea view and the balcony had a table and 2 chairs too. The kitchen was well equipped and had a cooler and an oven too. The whole place was spotlessly clean and we look forward to returning soon!

We really only used the room. The rest of the place looked very nice. It had a couple of nice pool areas and bars. We didn't eat at the hotel but meal times always looked busy. There are quite a few bars and restaurants close to the hotel which were nice and also a free shuttle bus into Los Christianos

A great resort. Good apartment and pool a lovely temperature. Evening entertainment unfortunately outside as bar area which used to be used in the evening is now only for dining. There wasn’t the same atmosphere as only a few folk opted to sit outside. The team tried hard but not the standard it’s been in the past.

We stayed at Hollywood mirage from 14th to the 19th of February, in a James Dean studio apartment, the hotel is big but really nice , our apartment was very well equipped, clean and really comfortable. Excellent location if you like a quiet chilled out holiday, if not you can walk down the hill for lots of bars with great entertainment. We would definitely recommend and return to this hotel
