Thank you for such a great hospitality! Although the hotel rules said check -in from 8 to 1200, I called in to the hotel and the receptionist is polite and gave us the permission to check-in after 11pm due to our late flight arrival.

its a small hotel but ok to stay, foods are halal in Zara restaurant but not cooked properly, some staffs of the restaurant are very nice, breakfast options are very limited.

I would have rated a 4 but the staff are not polite. They really need training in the courtesy aspect because the front desk is the first impression point! They just seem to stare you down even in the morning. Greeting is of importance in our dear Africa! The food is good rooms are clean and bed soft. No hot water on my first stay. Can be better

I was fortunate to get a room last minute at this wonderful establishment. The staff has a family type of bond with each other and with their guests. They make you feel at home and with all the amenities. Clean, trustworthy, secure, quiet and safe. Excellent service. Great price.

I don't at all understand the negative, mixed reviews - I had an excellent stay at Airside Hotel! Here is a detailed review of my one night stay. The location of the hotel is nearby the International airport (5-10 minute drive), which was perfect for me as I was arriving in the evening and departing again in the morning. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, in both directions, making transit a breeze! The driver was on time and exactly in the stated pick-up point! I was grateful of this service! The airport drop-off the next morning was equally smooth. Staff here are so incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. They are extremely responsive to emails, and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Cynthia and Joyce were a true pleasure to correspond with! I really enjoyed interacting with the staff here. True Ghanian hospitality! The room was large and extremely spacious. Great layout! The room came furnished with a mini fridge, a writing desk, a desk lamp, two bed side tables, a large chair, an electric kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Other amenities included a bottle of water! Wifi is password protected and the signal is extremely strong in the room and throughout the hotel. Air conditioning in the room was excellent - very good airflow! Also, there were many electrical sockets throughout the room, in good working order, to charge your devices. They were International sockets, so they had inputs for UK, North America and also Europe. The bed was very very comfortable. The bedding was clearly new - a big down comforter with 4 pillows of perfect firmness! I had a wonderful sleep! The bathroom also has been renovated. The toilet was new, and the bathroom came with a large shower/bathtub. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities offered at this hotel, including a large bath robe, a bath towel, Kleenex, a hand towel, a bar of soap, hand soap, shampoo, body lotion, and a shower cap. I didn't expect this level of amenities for this price point, but I was very happy and appreciative! They really served to make my stay more comfortable! The shower was hot and the water pressure was good enough to do the trick! My only sore spot would be the bathroom sink, mostly just the layout. The tap sits directly under a glass shelf, and so it's really difficult to raise the tap to get water. Lighting in the room was good throughout, and there were many windows in the room, with big screens. There was no mosquito net, but I didn't notice any mosquitos in the room anyway, so this wasn't a problem for me! Breakfast starts early at 6:30am, which is great for transiting passengers! It was nice to refuel before another flight! On offer was coffee, tea, juices, water, yogurt, fresh cut fruits and vegetables, whole apples and bananas, breads with an assortment of jams and spreads, cold cereals with milk, hot dishes including beans, sausages, sautéed vegetables, what looked like bacon to me, little quiches, fried eggs, and boiled egg

I got what I paid for. Low price, low quality. Rooms OK but not great. On site restaurant not great. Bathroom not great. Convenient for airport. I reckon that maybe `i should have upgraded to Holiday Inn

Nice hotel, located less than 2 kilometre from the airport and has a shuttle service. The kitchen is good with a wide variety of different dishes and open 24 hours. Breakfast was buffet style and very good Ghanaian dishes. Rooms are alright.
